Hey Nishesh,

Please excuse me for the spelling of Kolkata ;) believe me i have stayed in there only for first 40-45 days of my life :p and I know nothing about the city.

And as like the same way, i currently donot have 2~3 weeks on hand to wait for this certificate to file along with my application. I think I will go to a notary guy to get my documents notorised. Will get an affidavit from there itself.

Many thanks for your help!

Cheers!
Ashesh

Thankyou K_B "Sir" (one last time) :D :D

Are you sure that documents need not be notorised. I have read a lot of places that all documents which you send to the visa office viz education / work experience / reference letters / salary details etc etc etc all documents need not be notorised?

Best regards,
Ashesh

Yes definitely sure. There are many applicants here who have sent non-notarized documents (in english)
However, if you have a document which is not in english then notarization is mandatory along with English Translation and an affidavit from the translator

Good question. Who knows! :P :P :P

I think, in the spreadsheet, neel_here is as neel, a financial analyst, noc 1112. They are different people.

Hope everyone is fine and enjoying best of health.
I need help from members regarding how to mention my Work Experience.
I want to apply in manufacturing manager category.
From last 3 years , I am working with my father in his industry related to manufacturing. But I have no proof like payslips which shows my salary or bank account reflecting that. Which documents should I attach with my application to claim my experience points? I am managing all the production and manufacturing processes here.
Before here I worked in a Multinational company in manufacturing division and I have every proof like payslips and appointment letters of that company. ( I worked there for 4 years)
Kindly guide me in this situation.
Thanks in Advance

Read the document checklist. You should get letters from your employers past and present that describe your job duties. This is the best way to demonstrate your experience and is a requirement of the program. If letters are not available there are alternatives as suggested on this forum such as getting your supervisor to write the letter. But it is crucial that CIC learns your duties from someone other than you.

In that case all my documents are in English. Infact some of them are bilingual as in english as well as hindi, then i need not notorise even one document!!

I am still not able to digest this, because I remember that I read somewhere on the CIC website itself that all documents which are not original but photocopy documents..you need to notorise them. lemme try to find that extract and paste here.
