You can submit sec school certificate if it has
Applicant name
Dob
Parents name

And/or affidavit as a proof of birth from your parents side...

Go ahead, I think the current response time is 20-30 days. It'll be a fun game to place bets on which arrives first, the answer from CIC or the PER itself, and on what day?

In 2013, they only had roughly 200 processed at the same point, so we are way ahead compared to last year... (yes, I know this year are far more apps, but I doubt that they adjusted their workforce to that)

Actually, i think maybe they give priorities to CEC applications, as you can see, every week, the number of CEC applications toward the cap will be added by more than 300, while FSW only increases 10 or 20 or something like that. i guess in Nova Scotia, they can only process about 400 applications every week, and they give priorities to CEC applicants. that's why FSW is moving slowly.
