Out of the 87 odd CC providers for My 7th 64 have reported charged so only 23 are left. Assuming the same parallel for DDs, out of total 63 I am pretty confident that most of the 53 that are now showing as pending are not actually pending. Some have been charged, they just don't know it yet. So about 46 DDs (of the total 63) might have been charged (if we assume same percentage of charges for DD and CC both) instead of the mere 10 showing now. This means in actual only about 17 DDs are pending along with the 23 CCs so a total of about 40 folks from May 7th. Actually not as bad as it seems and May 7th should wrap up in the coming week guys!! Have a wonderful weekend!! :)

I'm hoping May 7th will wrap up soon :), as it seems my app recd May 26th will take forever to come around :(
 
Guys, I just learned from a friend that here in Manila, he was given another IELTS copy but sealed and specifically addressed to CIC. This is aside from the main copy we receive from them. Anyone who has the same experience when you get the result?

When VO start evaluating ur app, probably 7-8 months from now, it will ask for all PCC's which were issued one year prior to that date. Doesn't matter, if u have lived in the country in last 1 year or not, PCC has to be issued within 365 days of VO review. Therefore, if your current country PCC is issued within last 1 year from date of VO review, they will not ask for updated PCC.

Thanks my friend. .. so as I understood, they will ask another PCC only if it has passed 1 year from issuance. .. even if it is from a country I'm not living there anymore (which will be with same result obviously) !!

I'm not sure of the process but my OH's sex was noted down on her IELTS Certifcate incorrectly and I was able to obtain a replacement without issue or additional cost. Not sure if it answers your query directly but would assume boating a copy is relatively straight forward.

One quick thing I want to understand i.e. how we can know that CIC is processing application of what specific date? For example, I have seen here many folks are saying currently CIC is processing application of 7th or 8th May but how we can exactly know this?

Secondly, sent my application on 19th June and it was received by CIC (as per fedex some Dmarc has received it) so when would my turn come?

We have inside sources...... ssssh thts confi info dont tell anyone ..... Mike one of the signatories (on many apps just like Dmarc) is member of this forum .... but dont spread the word as he is not allowed by CIC to share such info but just to reduce our anxiety he keeps us updated. Long live MIKE, we luv ya bro!!!

Then among us, is world renowned astrolger Mr Oscar7, with the help of movement of stars, he keeps on updating us abt progress on applications.

Lastly, but most up-to-date info is by our friend Dmitrich, who is data, intelligence and espionage specialist. He combines forumite submitted data and Google earth's view of CIC building to give us minute by minute updates. You can check some of his work and projections on forum SS.

On a serious note, its simple, if 7th may guys r getting their CC charged we know 7th may apps r under consideration. When first 8th may CC got charged, we knew tht now 8th may turn has started, while 7th may apps r also under consideration as many of them still haven't got their CC charged. Btw, the immigration consultant Chris Alexander, personally told us that process will be date-wise. Note that review of particular day's apps start couple of days before first charging, so our info is with a lag of 2-4 days.

Going by the speed, ur turn (19th June apps) will come in around 3 months time. Sit tight and keep on visiting the forum to have latest updates.

Anyone from india could see additional words other than" In Process- We received your application for permanant residence on xx/xx/xxxx" while checking ECAS. If please share here.

If you know UCI number from prior applications, you may check the status in ecas. It may or may not show your status right after charging CC. In my case, ecas status wasn't shown for 2-3 days after receiving PER.

To answer your question, YES.
 
After carefully examining his application I could share that is application form is complete but in last section of consent and declaration he checked the boxes options as well as signed and dated too but he missed to write the name in space given in one consent section. So please advise what should be done, is it deal breaker. Is there anything he could do to cut losses like sending another printout of the form with complete output he missed and send again to CIC with covering letter. Please advise on this issue
