You shall be FINE! I have just one reference letter that qualifies me to FSWP 2014 requirements and that too not on company letter head. If I were as worried as you are, I would be peeing in my pants LOL!!!!

Oscar, can you elaborate a little on this.

I understand your main job letter contained roles/responsibilities (although not on company letter head). Did you had any other job besides this? What about the reference letter for those? If those were without the roles/responsibilities did you claimed points for it & mentioned it in Schedule 3 form?

As per document check list form

"Gather your documents in the order of checklist and check each item. Attach small items such as photos and certified cheques with paper clip, otherwise leave documents unbound"

Since you have selected "FSWP Credential Assessment Package", you are fine. Once your evaluation is complete, you will receive two copies of your report, plus an electronic copy will be made available for CIC. Make sure you attach one of those original report with your application.

I came to my home country in August 2007 and never went back to Europe again.

Should i need to mention it in the IMM0008 , as it says only past 5 years

As India is yur home country and Dubai is your contry of residence, you dont need to mention any.

Your understanding is absolutely correct on main job letter; it was the only reference letter with a "FSWP 2014 NOC requirements matching job" that I showed in my application. I had a few other jobs shown in my application, but since I had their reference letters according to NOC 1122 requirements from FSWP 2011 on company letter head (this is when I had previously applied back in the days), I did not bother to change them to match with any current open NOC requirements (even though NOC 1122 is not open this year).

Since I included all these other jobs too I am hoping they will give me points on all of them. Although, even if they don't I am still above the water (read, above 67 with just one job itself). Trust that explains!!!

But ultimately I will get points for all of these once any of my job matches with the FSWP 2014 NOC requirements

Suppose one of my job letter (outside of those 50 NOC's) doesn't explicitly list job duties. So, in that case, what should one mention in the "Main duties" section on Schedule 3 form?
