Technically speaking, anything returned even due to cap is rejection (pg 27-28 of http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/op/op06c-eng.pdf ). At least write in Schedule A, Background Declaration in question 6, on the blank space given, write the reason of the return/refusal.

I did not mention about my file returned 2 times. one due to cap and other due to not opening of my noc. I thought you only mention it if they start processing your file and then reject it.

??????????????

Please give some feedback to my hypothetical question:
If my application falls under the NOC (1111 application received on 04.06) and credit card is charged, but I receive no PER due to incomplete documentation and therefore the application is rejected (no PER) - do I receive my money back or this amount will be considered as charge for analysing my file?

I am asking this because I subsequently sent copies after diploma....
What are my chances?
Thank you

Hello Seniors,
I have an experience of 2.5 years (feb 2007-aug 2009). But the problem is that the company has been closed some time back as owner moved from pakistan.
Can anybody suggest me whether i can apply with this experience or not?
If i apply then how will be the verification done?

Also i have applied for ECA through CES University of Toronto. it has been more than a week my application reached there but still no reply from them.

Does anybody know how long they take to acknowledge the reciept of application

Hi Freinds , My CC was charged on 17th june but i haven't got any PER email yet...?
Can you please help me understand how long does it take for PER email and what is the process after that???

Also i tried checking with UCI number i got from last year application which was returned due to CAP getting filled , it does not work on CIC website..

Any information will be really helpful.

Thanks in advance :'(

It might change very soon. Our CC was charged on 16th June, status in ECAS changed to 'In Process' just today, yesterday was nothing. Though still waiting for PER.

you will be only charged and issued PER if you application is complete. Or else they may return your application to complete or ask to send remaining documents.
If your credit card is getting charged then rest assured. everything is fine.
