I applied as a principal applicant and got the UCI by the Grace of ALLAH ........

My wife is a Doctor and can she apply as a principal applicant now and me as a dependent this time........Although as a spouse she is already included in my previous application?HuhHuh? Angry

If i can apply then Any advantages or disadvantages?HuhHuh?

Please advise me.

Why it was rejected, if because of "missing info" or "cap filled" i.e. ur CC/DD was not charged, i DONT THINK IT DOESN'T COME UNDER REJECTION, its UNACCEPTABILITY. So relax, yes if CC/DD was charged and later REJECTED by Local VO, u need to reapply.

It was reject because WES has provided me the wrong report stating that my post graduation is from non recognised institute

But this year i have evaluated my education from ICAS and they have correct the report

Can anyone tell when May 20th application would be processed? My app reached on May 20th.

What is the NOC you are applying for? Almost all of the NOCs seem to be safe for May 20th applicants.

My file reached on 9th june..

While i was going through my forms i found in form IMM5669E (schedule 3 Background/Declaration) Point 6 d

d. Being refused refugee status, an immigrat or permanent resident visa or application to the PNP or visitor or temporary visa, to canada or any other country?

I miss understood it and selected "NO".

But i have given my UCI number on form IMM0008ENU_2D and i have also clarified about my rejection of fsw 2013 application on the cover letter i have attached with my application.

Still i m planing to refill form IMM5669E (schedule 3 Background/Declaration) and courier it to CIC with a clarification letter that i miss understood this point and i have corrected it and sending u the new form with this letter.

My fsw 2013 application was rejected because of wrong WES report that my university is not recognised but this year i have re-evaluated my education from ICAS and they have given me the correct report.

Kindly Suggest.

Can we insert two NOCs on economic classes form if there are multiple NOCs associated with your job for eg; accountants/auditors and finance managers? reason being that in earlier days of your job, you might fit in one NOC and as you gain more experience, you may fit in another NOC category.

Hi, for question 12a on the form IMM 0008, you indicate your current NOC, that is, your current senior role. Then in 12b, you can add details of the different times clearly indicating the time you spent in each role/NOC. For instance, you indicate January to March 2014 for NOC A then fill April to June 2014 for NOC B. Remember, the most current NOC should be on top with the oldest role after. All the best

Heartiest congratulations to all whose CC's has been charged.

But I don't find much applicants for 1123 NOC..

Also my application reached on 9th June'14, so I guess long way to go for it may be July end or August first week..

Experts comments pls..

And one more thing to people who are still struggling for their applications to reach before time.. See it is very simple panicing will always make your application delay or may be wrong.. I have experienced it myself but my family really gave me big support and kept me calm..

Trust me you will get a lot of support fromthis forum but at the end of the day you will be filing your application yourself..

Have faith in god and look at the statements "There are 1000 priority applications that CIC will accept".

Just speed up without panicing and all the very best..

for question 12 a in schedule 3 - I was under the impression that we need to mention the actual name of the NOC in 'Occupation' then quiet obviously the NOC Code.

for example - Occupation: Computer Network Technician Code: 2281

Am i correct in my understanding or is this an error ?

Hi, yes your wife can apply as principal applicant and add you as her dependent. She will get her own unique UCI. Multiple applications are allowed by CIC provided you can provide original IELTS certificate and ECA report for each application and pay separete fees for them. Some applicants who are eligible in two different NOCs can apply for both with separate applications, documents and fees. It increases your chances of getting selected if your applications are complete. All the best
