What I have seen is that they didn't process applications based on receiving time.
Me and someone I know, we sent the papers exactly at the same time from the same DHL office, both were received at CIC by Mike at the same time. His CC was charged 2 working days after my CC was charged. So it shows that CIC doesn't process applications based on receiving sequential order (or same day FIFO).

And BTW, are you sure that an application was delivered at 6:39PM local time?! I don't expect CIC to receive anything after working hours (5pm) or too early like 6:39am. I believe there is typo or a different timezone.

The case handling officer entrusted with your application was fastest than that of your friend.....,that's the reason.

B) Generic Application Form for Canada - IMM0008ENU_2D {Make it 0D ie remove all dependents)
C) Schedule A – Background/Declaration - IMM5669E
D) Supplementary Information – Your travels - IMM5562E
E) Schedule 3: Economic Classes - imm0008_3e
F) Additional Family Information - IMM5406E

Similarly no point betting if any 2014 FSWP NOC cap might get filled by May 7th 2014. My common sense does not allow me to run with that wild an imagination (on NOC) LOL! ;D

Other than that I certainly don't have anything against small bets here n there; I am game to that ... @ NEEL can vouch for that haha

Hi, I am Mubarak from India and I am almost ready with my FSWP application. The doubt I have is currently I have selected NewDelhi as the Visa Office. Now, I got an offer from Saudi Arabia and I might need to travel in the month of September and would be there for a min of 1 year. Will that cause any problem with my Canada PR application? Should I produce any document now along with my application? Please guide...

The auto responses merely said that among other things if the requests meet the guidelines for the nature of questions to be asked here they'll get back in 20 days (up to 30 days for the Question email ID)

Hello Mubarak...i will suggest you be ready with your PCC and medicals before you leave India...and in later stage be ready to come back India for 2-4 weeks for passport stamping if your case approves.....best of luck.

Thank God I used the CIO email ID. Out of the 3 IDs used I received auto responses from the 'CIO' ID and 'Question' ID. Didn't receive anything yet from the 'CIC' email ID.

By the way CIO stands for Centralized Intake Office!
