Check your tracking status again, it will have all the details like Who is recd, Date and Time

I am afraid he can't apply this time ...as his NOC is not available

This will depend on job description or roles but software tester may qualify for 2171 or 2173 I think
 
2174 for sure brother.... :D :D :D

For FSW 2014, the testers are not included in the 50 professions that are released by CIC.
Unfortunately the person cannot apply

You can actually request evidence of delivery.....it will show you the recipient of your package at final destination.

Hey, you don't have to be negative about this, it's not a do or die affair. :) Afterall, there are May 6th applicants still waiting for feedback on their applications as well and you don't see them here trying to depress other hopefuls.

Cheer up, God who kept you thus far still has plans of good for you. It shall be well all around. ;D

Your friend might not fit in any of these unless of course he gets the roles and responsibilities tweaked here and there! 8)
