In Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008)

1. Program under which you are applying: Economic Y
2. Category of the program : Skilled Worker Y
3. Immigration Office Requested: Do we just write New Delhi, India? or some detailed address? NEW DELHI
4. What is UCI? What to write here if I dont have UCI, leave it blank or write NA NA
5. In Contact Details, we don't have a PO Box in India. Should we leave it blank or should this be the pin code? PIN CODE
6. For India What is a National Identity Document. Should I select No. If I don't have one? or leave it blank? BIRTH CERTIFICATE
7. For number of years of education: I have completed a 1 year of Diploma after my 3 years of Bachelor. So in India what will be the total years? From which Std do we have to count? ??
8. What is to be mentioned as Current Occupation. My current Designation as it is? Y
9. What is to be mentioned as Intended Designation. Designation from NOC website..eg Manager, Training and Development? Y

WES provide us two sets of reports. One must submit along with application. The other can be keep it with us for further submission at VO.

Based on work experience as you will have to provide a reference letter from your employer describing your job duties which should match the corresponding NOC duties

ohh k..my application was rejected due to cap reach..
however in d cover letter in d beginning it is written that cic have completed assessing ur application
and ur rejected because ur not eligible to apply in this category..
but later in the next paragraph it is again written dat ur application was returned due to cap reach..
so im confused now..wat was d exact reason gor my rejection?.?

I am also a last year applicant and had returned appln with the same statements. I was also worrying about the first line and wanted to know whether this is the standard lines in the returned applns. Now,from your question, i think it is their template(standard lines). So i hope and i wish that it should be because of cap fill. Dont Worry. Pls msg me in u have questions.

Sorry to post this again.. but i did not get any response..

In NOC Classification document, i can read that 0113 category - Purchasing Managers are expected to have professional certificate like SCMP (Supply Chain Management Professional) etc

I have done CPP (Certified Procurement Professional).. where should i mention this.. its not a degre.. write in the qualification box

Does bank mention name of the person on DD..? In case they do, what if i nominate that person as my authorized representative..? Does CIO accept DD on other's name who is representative ..?? NO - Which question you have replied..? sorry to ask many questions together..

2174 is hot for sure. But, whether you would be in CAP or not is something that CIC can only say. Based on increased 2174 cap limit and more related NOCs opening up this year, my personal opinion is that you have fair chance.
Rest all is hope, and only hope.

but you never know what God has in plate for you..you have done your part, now leave everything upto the lord. .. best can do is be positive..

as we got only in Bangla so we need translation and notarized also affidavit from Translator , am i right?

If any form has changed in the last 2 days there won't be an expectation for you to use the newer version if you are posting your document within this week. So please do not worry and send the version you are ready with!

Also if the new form specifically says July on it I think you will be fine using the earlier one if your application is received at CIO in June 2014. Cheers!

Thats what happened for FSW13 applicants...

Coz they are well informed that subcontinent applicants do have another marriage document called "NIKAHNAMA"....

Hello Experts,

as per the checklist, we need to submit 6 photos for every member of family (mother,Father, brother). I want to understand if the family includes only the spouse or also mother,Father, brother. Same is the question for PCC, do we really need to submit the PCC for each member of the family or only PCC for spouse is required.

Please help asap.
