My application along with all required documents is ready but my ielts score come out very low.The result dragged my total points to 63.
I am retakin test soon but can I apply right now to be counted as earlier applicant?I will send my ielts result later.I wants to be counted as an early applicant.
Is that recommended?

Brother, submission of IELTS is a mandatory item for ur application ....So attend ur IELTS test right now and get a valid score ....

Dont worry u will be in the CAP what ever the NOC inshallah...Best of luck with ur application...

Get this in writing from HR, that they wont provide letter of reference. Additionally get an affidavit done with your roles and responsibilities. submit business card of your manager. this should work.

I have two quick queries:

1.My designation in my reference letter provided by two companies is 1.Associate systems Engineer and 2.Systems Analyst.Basically i am an SAP consultant.
Last year i applied under 2174 category because my roles and responsiblities matched this NOC description even though the designations did not match.
I was rejected due to cap reached.
So now can i apply under 2171 NOC because my designation and roles as well match the description of this NOC???

2.Can i provide detailed e statements in pdf format from the bank?? Is it necessary that the statements be stamped by the bank??

Yes you can. WES evaluation report must be less than 5 yrs old. IELTS score is also valid for some time period, pls check that. And the reports must be Originals.

Reference letter is mandatory...

I already told about Main job duties...its necessary but....u can send reference letter without letter head with an explanation that why u have send without letter head. But it will make suspicious to officers. If u are lucky enough / CIC think that-ur reason are very logical then u can get rid of this....

Notarization of employment letter is required/preferable.

One Technical Question...

Are the applications processed as first come first serve or the point also has an impact.. means if an application with 70 points reaches earlier than an application with say 75 points then which one they will entertain first...

Hi sanyasi ! their requirement is minimum 1 yr work ex in last 10 yrs so I guess ur earlier work ex should be fine. As for the current job, include your offer letter and latest pay slip.

1) SAP is information system, so yes 2171 is NOC under which you will apply
2) detailed statements are not required, only letter from bank which states your current balance. Yes that has to be signed and stamp by branch manager.
