Its really getting un-controllable. So many posts and i see that the many of the questions are un-answered.
80% of the questions are repeated.

May be it is of course difficult to go through 100+ pages to find a question relevant to oneself.
This thread is really really fast paced.

Need Help

Dear ashif_eee bhai,

I have few queries. I will be really grateful if you can answer my questions and suggest me what to do..

1. I have all the Notarized Photocopy of required documents from last few year's application (dated 2011 and 2013). do I need to notarized them again to make it up to date or submitting old papers will not be a problem?

2. I left my job couple of months back. Before I leave my job I took a Introductory Letter (no JD) from HR and a Experience Certificate (includes JD) from my Department Head on official letter head pad. Unfortunately, the department head as well left the company few month after me. Do I need to take another experience certificate from someone still working in the company due to the reason that the previous Department Head is not anymore a part of the company?

3. Last time I applied for 'Computer programmers and interactive media developers (2174)'. This time if I change the occupation to 'Information systems analysts and consultants (2171)' will be a problem? Does CIC keeps all the record? (FYI-From my last application I got an UCI no).

Thanks in advance

1) you go online, create an account with all relevant information, pay and apply.....yes.
2)You make photocopy of your highest academic degree/diploma (compulsory) or transcripts (not compulsory) and send by courier to WES office.
3)There is form you can download from your account "International_Transcript_Request" which is an academic request form. You fill the details in it and include the number assigned to you during registration. This is form is what you take to your school to mandate them to send your transcripts(by school) to WES.....the form will be included in the package sent to WES by your school.
Hope this helps!....I'm advising you based on my personal experience.

Lovely! thank you bro! its all clear now :D really really appreciate it!

I understand this is a NOOB question but what is a PCC?

Police Clearance Certificates.

Then if PCC is necessary at least 80% of applications will be rejected because 95% guys send PCC later after application is accepted.

Hi Ashif/Rawdah,

In the "Additional Family Information Form - IMM5406E" - Do we need to write the name in English as well as in HINDI (Native Language - as I am in India). The box does not have that much space.. If I must have to do that then can I take the print out and write it manually.
Please confirm asap.

Thanks

PCC is Police Clearance certificate for applicants that are 18yrs and above.
As of today(FSW2013) its not mandatory to submit it with your application...but it will be asked later as processing progresses.
But....wait until May,1st to know if it will be compulsory for FSW2014

Guys I just received a call from one of my friends. He is telling me PCC is a must for FSW2014. Can anyone confirm me whether it is mandatory to send with my application or CO will ask for it later?

The document checklist still states that PCC is not mandatory.

Also in the application guide a note is mentioned:
"Note. We strongly recommend that you submit your police certificates with your application to the CIO. If you are unable to obtain all the necessary police certificates, you may still send your application to the CIO without them. However, please note that if your application is placed into processing you must be ready to submit them to the visa office when requested."

Can u please tell with more simpler way how many point/years u want to claim??

I have two ways to present my case.

Claim education points for B.Com (21 points) and avail full points for experience (10+ yrs.) (15 points)

or

Claim education points for MBA (23 points) and avail points for four years of experience (13 points).

which one is better maximum points wise and can I avail some points for my experience prior to or during my MBA to obtain full points for Education as well maximum points for experience.

Hope, it clarifies.

You are welcome!

SUGGESTION!!

Since we know this is the busiest forum when it comes to Canada immigration and we can put it to even better use!

What I am suggesting is why don't we create a poll with all the eligible NOCs and see whats the trend? I tried creating a poll but I could not. How does it sound? :)

1. No we do not need to scan
