Buddy not sure about the medical at your place but here in Pune they just asked about surgeries and TB in past if you say yes then most probably they will ask you to go for some more test and it will cost you some more money ...what i will suggest is to go to your family doctor or your known doctor and discuss these conditions with him he or She may suggest what to revel and what not to reveal to doctors during medicals  best of luck

1) Caesarean section
2) bartholin Abscess (minor operation)
3) tonsils operation (routine operation)
4) Breast Abscess (minor operation)
5) Hernia (not the major one)
Age 36 years
She has high blood pressure (takes Norvasc 5 mg) and thyroid (takes thyroxine 50 mg). ECG, Creatinine and Cholesterol is normal
