I am 3rd October Applicant . File transferred to LVO but no MR yet.....getting a bit anxious now. Any comments from fellow October applicants from LVO ?? appreciate your feedback

1. I'm submitting my PP to VFS toady, how long does it take to stamp the VISA or is it a waiting game as before (like a long wait after MR)?
2. Apart from the personal belongings, what are the documents required/requested at the time of Landing.
3. How long does i take to receive the PR card after Landing?

Seniors/forum mates who have already landed, Please respond, i guess these are some points to be prepared or known at any stage of application.

Best wishes and Speedy process to all Forum Mates :)
Cheers!!

Quick question: When does the security check start?? Is it after we send PCC or does it start without the PCC??
usually after pcc..they ask pcc for security checks..and if in case(least) then they go themselves for security check..it dosent make sense for them to do security check on thr own..dats the reason of producing pcc...bst of luck

Don't loose hopes bro......CIC is just trying our patience....Lets show them we are also Desi Indians :P

Hello Guys.

Calm down . Patience is the only key which we mostly don't have.

We all are waiting for the 2nd line and MR requests on bulk.

Expect 2nd line/MR anytime this month and enjoy this moment.

good Luck for rest of the Applicants who are waiting for PER/2nd line/MR/DM/PPR.

We all together will enjoy the feeling of having PP with COPR on it.

:) :)

Good Evening,

I have a question and I need your expert advise on this. I am currently in Canada with my wife, but our work permits are expiring May 2015, We are done with the Medicals and Paid the RPRF last January 2015. ECAS status updated a month ago to Medicals have been received. We are just waiting for the passport request from Ottawa.

My question is:

1. Can we apply for an Bridging open work permit? granting that we are already in the last stage of our application. But the thing is, we are currently employed as Food Counter Attendant and we didn't use that experience for PR application. we used our previous experience to apply for PR..NOC 3012 which is for NURSES... Just trying our best not to loose our status in CANADA while waiting for the final steps for Permanent Residency

Please seniors, I need your expert advise.. I would really appreciate it.

Guys no PPR/DM from NDVO till now :o
Its 11 AM IST

Come on NDVO
Let there be light

Hi

I have also submitted pps at vfs chd and same status ss urs. Today i hv called up customer care of vfs and they told me that minimum tat is 5 working days. Today is 4th working day as per them.

FSW required a minimum 1 yr work ex in relevant NOC out of last 10 years or so.
No where did they mandate current experience to be in relevant NOC so you should be fine.
