I will be travelling to US/Canada on business/tourist visa for 2-3 months due to project work along with my family. What if I get MR when I am in US or Canada? Is it possible to get my MR done there?

Is there anyone who applied via Abhinav Consultants and reached PPR stage?
I'm looking to connect for two reasons
1) To know how much time it would take for visa stamping - I though it would be 7-10 days but the consultant told me to wait for 15 days.
and
2) I want to connect with other applicants to know the preparations in terms of job, accommodation and other things.
I'm planning to go to Toronto and date of travel is tentatively around April-end/early-May.

Yes v both r in d same boat ! I submitted my pp on Friday ! Abhinav consultants, Delhi told me it will take 2-3 weeks to get back stamped visa.. Wen did u submit ur PP?? Let's connect for other topics .. I plan to land in Canada early may.. I have the same concerns as yours.. Job & living ... What places are u considering for living ? Have u heard of Milton ? Is it a good place to start off ?

i already submitted my passport n for my husband on 5 march....but i jus noticed that while filling that table for me n my spouse which CIC sent in d passport request letter...i noticed that d last column where we had to write d contact nos. Was missing wen i submitted it....dats my mistake dat while taking out d print outs i didn't cross check it wid d original format....will dat affect my submission. ...please suggest

I have already submitted mine & my husbands PP.. However I just realised that I did not fill out the column mentioned at point number 5 in the PPR Letter.. The column that requires details of name, height, eye colour etc..

Please advise what to do now ? Really worried :'(

Only spouse and dependent children less than 18 yrs age are considered dependents.

You need to write only your details as you are single.

I have another question. My consultant told me to write my name and DOB behind photographs. However in PPR mail they have suggested to write name of the name of photographer and date of photographs being taken.
Plz clarify what to do as I am confused.

In Canada, most government services require that the photographers stamp their name and address behind the photo with the date the photo was taken. You may ask your local photgrapher to stamp it, and it should be fine.

Mine is struck for more than 3 months. I thought it was because I requested an extension for submitting the police clearence. ECAS went with out reaponse. So I ordered for GCMS report. Done know why it takes so long for me.
