NOC 2131 , August applicant ....PER received on 2 dec

MR received on 28 feb.... and i have to deposit both Medical & fee by end of this month

1) can anyone pls suggest what amount i have to deposit for me & my spouse ?
2) does medical call means 100% visa assurance ?
3) whats's the best mode of payment ( online transfer/DD ) ?
4) both Medical & fee has to be sent to Visa office or CIC ?

1) 980 cad in total
2) mostly yes chances are quite bright
3) both are safe online is better in my opinion you will get receipt immediately
4) proof of mr and online receipt or dd (whatever you opt) to your VO

I had my ECAS second line updated in the last week of Jan 2015 and VO requested resubmission of Schedule A with extended information which I had submitted in the first week of Feb. Since then I have not heard from the VO. I contacted them 2 days back and they told me that our application is in the background verification checks. Can anyone elaborate, how long does this phase take?. We have not received MR as yet.

Is it possible you sent some original documents they don't need originals for, like birth certificate or university degree? Maybe they'd return those to you by post.

I too feel the same. May be they just want to return some original document.

How can we get to know if NDVO have received the fees via DD as they do not send any confirmation regarding this?

Hi,

Check after 10 days from your documents sent date with your DD bank and you will surely get good news.

Also, sometimes your third line got updated within 10 days which means the same.
