if yes what information they asked about you for verification?

Also did they come for physical verification?

I have already sent PCC along with the application, so does mean that my processing time should be less?

Hi Experts - need help URGENTLY.

My passport has been renewed recently and I had done my police verification for Canada on my previous passport number on 2nd Sept, 2014.

My query is: Is my police verification still valid on old passport or do I need to again do the police verification on my new passport? Can I submit the same police verification original certificate on my old passport? Also, for the new passport that is renewed, police verification has been done.

Request you to please help me in this asap as I need to submit the documents by 28th March, 2015 with Medicals.

I am not expert but only one suggestion if it work for you.

You must have previous passport with you. you need to update NDVO for the same and same can be cross checked that PCC had been done with Prev. PP but
Applicant now renewed his passport. No issue is there and go ahead with your medicals and RPRF.

Congrats for your MR. Now, your are very close to your destination Dream Land.

I just came to know from my Employer that they received a verification call from some third party verification people with regards to my employment with them. This happened almost 30 days back but my HR informed me today. I applied as a Purchase Manager 0113.

Now my question is I am a 9th June 2014 applicant and I also checked with my bank, my DD has not been en-chased yet. According to SS data 9th June applicants have to wait a lil more. So how come the employment verification happened so early. My file is still with the CIC ppl its not transferred to NDVO yet. So do the CIC ppl do this verification before fees enchantment and before sending the file to LVO..... Did this happened with someone else also.....

They might look at linkedIN, They take help from third party agencies too. Not sure about Physical verification but can be done incase information given in app seems doubtful to officer and unable to verify by email or phone.

As far as verification is concerned, it totally depends on your documentation.

Verification has been done randomly. Actually, It's not possible to verify each every file due to big overload.
Few members had confirmed on this forum that Few CHC officials checked their LinkedIn profiles for verification.

So, update your profiles accordingly and good luck for your rest of the process.

Hey NDVO... Where is my Passport request??? Totally disappointed.... Many of July applicants who completed medicals in January is now getting PPR..... For us, this waiting is like killing..... :'( :-[ :-[ :-[
