Guys!

A relative of mine who is current residing in Italy wants to apply for skilled program. She is wondering if:

1) She should apply from Italy?
2) She should apply from Pakistan?

People are telling her to apply from Pakistan. Any good suggestions?

Thats not true ..he can apply even she is on Italy....No prb at all....No need to return back to Pakistan only for the application ...She can do that from there...

I don't know If it's silly question but Want to know your thoughts on this:
I don't know how to arrange documents before sending?
Do I have to include photocopies behind each forms? OR First include all forms then all documents?
Because I guess for each forms passport copy must be mandatory.
Let me know your thoughts on this?

i think you should simply arrange it in the order of the guidelines provided while noting the ones that are copies and originals

CIC might change the form on 1st May

Personally, i do not think there is a preference on where you are applying from depending on your status in the country. The most important thing is to get the complete documenatation and submit. wish her the best...

Hi,

Am I eligible to apply on the basis of below declaration?

Age: 28
IELTS: 6.0 in all modules of GT but original report was sent to QSW (Is it possible to request British Council to send the result directly to CIC?)
Spouse IELTS: 7.0 overall in GT
Education: a) School leaving certificate(10th grade completed)
b) Diploma in nursing 3 yrs program
c) Post basic bachelor in nursing 2 yrs program
Experience: a) 4 yrs after completion of diploma in nursing
b) 2 yrs after bachelor in nursing
Do I need to send just bachelor certificate for ECA or I need to submit even the diploma certificate as I have 2 yrs bachelor only. I may not get required points on education factor as I have 15 yrs. of education in total.

Finally, I am going to deposit 1300 CAD to my account to make a balance of 18000 CAD since I have already deposited about 5000CAD 6 months back.
Can I submit balance certificate without waiting for few months?

No question is silly here. In fact this is a very important question and for which I would request some of the more experienced people to shed light on. Can anyone help us out with this? Asif_ee??

Is any one using DD for paying fee instead of credit card, can you please share from where you took the DD. Heard that DD can be taken from thomas cooK. DD should be taken with six months validity.

Think DD is safer than credit card. With CC RBI rules come into picture and they could impose new restrictions on foreign transaction by the time CC is ready to be changed and also there are issues like CC getting lost. Last year there was a guy who lost his CC and his app could'nt go through.

It's simple, just include everything in checklist order. For forms photocopy is not required, but you need to take photo copy for future reference.

Put all the documents in a small file, and place the file in the shipping packet.

Need a suggestion regarding NOC. My job title is of Systems Engineer which comes under NOC 2147. Whereas my job work is of mobile software developer (interactive media) which comes under NOC 2174. I should go with which NOC ?

Also for NOC 2147 it is specifically mentioned EXCEPT software engineers and designers. Problem is that my current employer will give me reference letter mentioning "Systems Engineer" job title. Little confused on job title part. Please help

Its not a problem as long as u have the relevant work experience of 2174, u can apply..A telecom engineer can prepare web developing tools to make easier...for reporting etc..

So u can proceed without hesitation brother...
