Seems CIC has added one field on application online status (ECAS). They are now showing Home address and Mailing address on top of the webpage. Its a good update....

This is for your information. So no need to worry for this. I guess all of u have similar changes on the ECAS...

for me it is only mailing address.

Stapling passports together sounds like a bad idea. Especially new smart passports that contain sensitive electronics.

i have 4 passports stapled together... never encountered a problem.. it is a standard practice with people who have high freq of foreign travel or have 10 year visas on old passports.. cheers.

I just checked my E-CAS. I see two addresses with the same content - Current and Mailing. So I guess it is being set for many applicants..but not sure if it is for all!!!

Hello everyone.
I had had got MR/PCC/RPRF request on 23.02.2015.
I am done with medicals, paid RPRF online & have got a PCC.
So should I send following docs to NDVO?
1. RPRF online receipt original (for client ID do I need to fill UCI number?)
2. Copy of filled & signed IMM1017E which I have received from hospital
3. For medical proof, do I need to provide original or copies of medical Bill?
4. Original PCC obtained from commisioner office (in my PCC they have mentioned that there are no police records against my name for my period of stay at my current address and they have mentioned on PCC that it excludes my previous period of stay, will it be a problem?) Would NDVO ask again for PCC for previous addresses?

Well one curious question.

I went for my medicals in October 2014 and my family went in Feb 2015.

Now I see the status on ECAS that says "the medical results have been received" but if I remember correctly I had the same update even when I only appeared for medicals.

What is the way to check that NDVO has received the medical results for my family also since there is no special updates.

I am confused about it, has anyone encountered the same, is it possible that receiving only one person's medical results would change the status to "medical results have been received" status.

Any one experiencing the same?

RPRF & requested docs received by NDVO - 02nd March 2015
3rd line updated - 03rd March 2015.

This line is added only one time and does not reflect to the numbers of the family members whom have done medical...

For me, my spouse did her medical approx 20 days earlier of me....

And I got this line just after three days of my medical...

So no need to worry much.....
