I received my PPR from NDVO but the problem is I can't courier the passports to India or get them back.

Does NDVO allow us to get our stamping done in Saudi Arabia or in UAE?

Any suggestions/ recommendations will be appreciated.

You may want to raise a CSE requesting them to allow getting visa in current country of residence. Sometimes they allow so worth a try.

Applicants of May are still pending.. June and July started.. I am also waiting for PPR and after analyzing data of 2014 and previous year here I am trying to give answers of question in this regard

In my opinion there is some logic through which they are picking up the application, which of-course we do not know. Applicants are absolutely right that some of the July applicants received their PPR and some are still waiting for their MR... but I have a doubt

Why they are taking time between PER to MR ..
I think coz this the stage where the background check of your employer , degrees , certification will be follow,, now the scenario depends on the employer response in terms of telephonic or email discussions... Then checking of degree validity and originality is also not an easy task in India, so may be this process will delay applicant file processing also.. Suppose I have Degree of Delhi University and some one have Degree of Bihar University ,, so checking up Delhi university degree is easy and fast process compare to Bihar Degree.....

Subsequently after MR to PPR stage Visa Office check Criminal background and security issues,, same theorem applies here also as criminality check for different countries may take time compare to the one country PCC only... or Criminality security check is easy for applicants residing in MUMBAI rather then Jhansi...

So this may be the point of delay....

Yes. The due date was set as February 23 (60 days after MR/RPRF), but after contacting the CIC helpline on February 25 I learned that the due date has not changed. Consequently, no third line update, no PPR and not even a reply to my two queries sen t on Jan 20 and Jan 30.

i am in australia and now the PPR is from NDVO plz guide.

Hey everybody,

My 3rd line just got updated this morning! Medical Results have been received! My timeline is on the left and the SS is already updated.

I would like to thank everybody for the support, especially manish baissoya and Diplomatru that heard my whining over some Personal Messages.

Just to share the complete story: I've done something stupid on the Medical Form. I've mentioned a couple of Over The Counter medicines my wife takes, that are really harmless (for allergy and for stomach-aches).

Boy, was that a mistake. The panel physician spent a lot of time asking questions about those medicines, and he only submitted our Application after we got a note from our General Practitioner explaining why my wife takes those drugs.

But in the end, everything turned out ok and I'm happy we mentioned everything so there is not a single lie or omission on our file.

Finally, I would like to congratulate everybody from NDVO for the PPR storm this week! You guys really deserve it!

I am in the US (Delaware) on H1B visa since 24th Jan 2015 and I got the below email from Delhi consulate on February 28th 2015. I know this has the Medical and RPRF request but I am not sure of PCC. Is it for PCC as well? Please suggest at the earliest what should I do. I submitted the PCC with the application on August 25th 2014 from the Local Police Station in Rajouri Garden, New Delhi. Can I send them the same? Is it still considered as valid? or ask my wife who is in India to get it from Local Police Station again on my behalf? or should I go to Indian Embassy in Washington DC and apply for the PCC or what?
