found the spreadsheet update link and updated the spreadsheet with the passport request and DM date as today's....

PPR AND DM today for june 6th applicant who performed medical on 14 dec 3rd line updated on 19th dec

Applicants of May are still pending.. June and July started.. I am also waiting for PPR and after analyzing data of 2014 and previous year here I am trying to give answers of question in this regard

In my opinion there is some logic through which they are picking up the application, which of-course we do not know. Applicants are absolutely right that some of the July applicants received their PPR and some are still waiting for their MR... but I have a doubt

Why they are taking time between PER to MR ..
I think coz this the stage where the background check of your employer , degrees , certification will be follow,, now the scenario depends on the employer response in terms of telephonic or email discussions... Then checking of degree validity and originality is also not an easy task in India, so may be this process will delay applicant file processing also.. Suppose I have Degree of Delhi University and some one have Degree of Bihar University ,, so checking up Delhi university degree is easy and fast process compare to Bihar Degree.....

Subsequently after MR to PPR stage Visa Office check Criminal background and security issues,, same theorem applies here also as criminality check for different countries may take time compare to the one country PCC only... or Criminality security check is easy for applicants residing in MUMBAI rather then Jhansi...

So this may be the point of delay....

One of my known NDVO APPLICANT completed medicals on 12th Dec 14 .The hospital says that medicals have been uploaded.There is no third line-medical received.
Please advise what to do as it has been a long wait for third line update.

From which mail ID you received MR.

Hi Sawtantar,

I got four separate mails

1. One mail from delhiimmigration@internationa.gc.ca carrying formal notification about my medical request, RPRF, and had three attachments (CIIP brochure, CIIP FCRO Intro letter, and one notification letter)

2. Rest three emails were from client-update-mise-a-jour@cic.gc.ca which was an automated message for all applicants (in my case it was for me, my wife, and my daughter) each having separate attachments of IMM 1017 (medical instructions and medical report form).

You can laso try emailing local visa office with your request (ADVO?). Sometimes they indulge them.

ADVO. Forward them the PPR email asking to perform stamping locally.

I can understand the tension building up buddy. Believe me, I have never ever checked mails so frequently in my life the way I have been doing waiting for MR post second line update.

Looking at today's development where second line updates and MRs have been reported, it looks like that all pending MRs are on their way in coming week.

I think you should get an MR in first few days of next week. Let's pray that all of us get our MRs and PPRs.

when someone get their per and mr and ppr and cas update faster than you, just pray for them just encourage them please do not give a minus one for that
when someone congratulate others for their accomplishment, please dont negatively criticize them and never put them down.
when someone out of anxiety raise the same question again and again, you can ignore it if you dont want to answer them but do not get mad about it.
if you are christian or hindu or muslim or any religion or no religion, be humble and thank the creator
and you can be any nationality and you have the right to migrate to this country this beautiful country cz its a country of different immigrants

Meds are uploaded to RMO that assesses the results and forwards them to VO. The GCMS file at this stage shows received. The case officer at VO then must mark them as complete (which triggers third line in CAS).
So, it means that your file hasn't been touched since then. Try ordering GCMS notes.

I was planning to visit canada and finish landing process and come back. I have relatives in winnipeg and they can recieve my PR card and get it delivered to me.

What should be most economical place to visit in Canada for this purpose? Any suggestions?
