hello
i am waiting for PPR.

i was told to send Schedule A / US PCC / RPRF / Medical.


Now, so far, I have sent all these in 3 different couriers.

1. Sent Medical / US PCC / RPRF (without filling in UCI details) / Schedule A form
2. Realised I didn't file RPRF details, so sent that with a cover letter after 1 week.
3. Realised yesterday that original email stated to send passport copies too. So sent that today.

i know i am stupid

all above things have reached within their deadlines only thing is they are in 3 different couriers.
should i do anything? inform anything to anybody?

should i file CSE? inform them that i have sent 3 couriers?


does this affect my PPR chances in any way?

I got an email this morning from SVO basically stating that they want more evidence that I qualify for the NOC I'm applying for and I have 30 days to respond.

Briefly, my background:

- 2 recognized University Degrees (one is Law) as certified by WES
- 15 years work experience with last 7 years as Senior Group Manager role (although since my company is Japanese and is practicing a flat - organization structure, our job titles are not the usual titles, my role is designated as Regional Group Manager)
- from 2008-2012, I served as Group Manager for our Philippines office heading 4 divisions directly reporting to the President while also serving as Company Treasurer reporting to the Board of the Directors
- from 2013 till present, I was transferred to the Asia regional office based in Singapore to serve as Regional Group Manager with 2 regional divisions reporting to the Regional General Manager (My role is 2 levels below the Regional President), I was also retained as Company Treasurer of the Philippine office
- during this same period, I also serve as President of 2 family owned businesses but these credentials I did not present as it might "confuse" the assessors why I'm holding too many jobs at the same time.

Any advice on what else I can send to prove that I'm qualified for under the NOC?

What was in the experience letters you sent with your application? Did you make sure to include language that matches the lead statement and as many of the main duties as you could honestly match? If you think there is any weakness in the letters you sent, get a better one, preferably from the same person, to clarify. Supplement with another letter from another person, if possible. Include any kind of work documents that you can that would tend to show you performed those duties, such as e-mails containing instructions, documents you prepared, a contract outlining your duties, awards won, anything that shows you did what you claim.

You may also consider consulting a lawyer who can help you with suggestions on what evidence will be most effective in the eyes of the VO.

Wont hurt if you write an apology cos you have made it a bit difficult by sending three different packs.
They wont reply but will acknowledge your sense of responsibility even after your irresponsible act.

I would write to them.
