By the Grace of Almighty we got our visa and COPR letter on 9th Feb, 2015. extremely sorry for the delay as I was busy with severe family issues. updated the SS. keep us in your prayer and let me know your updates.

as we have got visa planning to land by May, but as you know we are from 2 religion and me, my husband never travelled together. what type of issue shall we face in BD Immigrations as my passport, marriage certificate shows a different spouse name (Muslim name ) than my husbands original name as he kept his old name in his all records. COPR shows my name as PA and in the dependent section my Husband Old name. Anyone expert in this how can we convince the Immigration officer at Dhaka airport? or we cannot go?? :-[ :-[ :-[

please help brothers and sisters. also pls share any airline info from BD specially cheap one. :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[

You can go. should not be an issue. You must be having docs of name change (whenever it was done). Need to carry those along with your marriage certificate.

The intention of the forum is not only knowledge sharing but bond building and socialising and as long as you not not harm anyone's feelings or sentiments, it's fine. If someone has achieved something, they need to be congratulated. Don't read my useless posts if you have come here only scourging for info. that's all I can say.

Also if any other senior member who has been regular for more than 4-5 months on this forum feels I should not congratulate people on the forum, I promise I won't. But it needs to come from someone who has been contributing on the forum for a while and been helping people. Not from some non contributor who comes only for information, and makes specialist remarks.

First of all I fully agree with you my brother, I also think that this thread is not only info sharing but also for support extension, sharing others happiness and good times as well as bad some times.

It is noticed that on this forum some late coming applicant got MR first...Why? Is it depend up on background check or it depends up on category???

Yes, depends on the background check.
If no of countries traveled is more, if no of dependents is more, if one VO officer takes more time than the other, if job switches are higher, all these will take more time to complete background check. These are just some points. there may be 'n' number of such points.

How many of you gave that frown to your employer and said to yourself "wait for my day, my day when I will get the PR" , and love the expression on their face when they know you are happily leaving the job!

@ Vish.. before you start crying...have a look at the Warsaw spreadsheet (link below)....who said only 12 applications have been transferred....
I urge all WARSAW APPLICANTS... to update the warsaw spreadsheet for most suitable tracking of WVO applications...

From the global spread sheet it seemed so, how many from NDVO have been transferred then?

After a long time.. notice that all the first application are moving fast and am very happy bout this, but on the same way some one let me know what's the status of 2nd line and Medicals Applications..

i observed that many of the Aug, Sep applicants got their 2nd line Updates but i am still searching for the same day in and day out.. but the same single line is seen there.. ... but why why why like this... :'( :'( :'(
