I'm happy to announce that my 3rd line was updated with "3.Medical results have been received."

Assuming all is fine, when should we expect my passport request?

Here is my timeline

NOC: 2173/2174 (Not sure which one actually made it)
PER: 28 Oct
Medical Request: Jan 27
Medicals Done: Feb 2
Medicals Received: Feb 20

Q to experts: Does "Medical results have been received." mean medicals are OK or is it simply a receipt?

Oh my..! that is very unfortunate. Did you provide any letter for your current employer? As per below, it seems that you didnt provide any...

1. We received your application for permanent residence on August 20, 2014.2.We started processing your application on February 12, 2015.3. A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision. App date- 20.08.2014,cc date- 20.11.2014,PER date 31.12.2014
I Claimed Points as Age-12,Edu 19,IELTS-21 Experience 15 But VO Given me 2 Marks Less in Exp so it reduced to 65.
He mentioned==" You have obtained insufficient points to qualify for PR ,the minimum reqt being 67,As per Checklist you were asked to provide reference letter from all your employers for the past 10years listing your main responsibilities and duties. You have not provided such letter from your current employer. ABC. I am not satisfied that u performed duties of a 2232 as set out in NOC. Therefore i don't awarded points.”
My query-
1. Can i have still a chance for reconsideration, if now i show him my Job responsibilities..
2. Under which act i can appeal if any one know plz help me..
3. What should i do to protect my case as in PER email they have already scored me 67 Points but now they are not keeping their words.CIC giving marks and NDVO deducting marks.
4. Some one if can help me by providing any data. .that they can reconsider my Job Duties if i submit to them. As somewhere I had learnt that they give 30days time to justify....

Please help me....

I just checked my ECAS .. the In Process of the first page changed to Decision Made as well as a fourth line got updated inside

" A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision."

I think I am the First June applicant to receive a Decision Made Status

I had applied in 1212 category (Supervisor, Finance and Insurance Office Worker), my application got returned today through snail mail, mentioning in letter that "you have not provided sufficient evidence that you performed a substantial number of the main duties of the occupation as set out in the occupational description of the NOC, including all of the essential duties".

Currently i am working as a Supervisor Payment and settlement unit in the Bank for last three years, and before that i was also working in the bank in the same occupation and 80% of the job responsibilities are matched with the job description.

I had also attached the job description letter from my current employer, please advice what should i do

Thanks really sad, hope your reference letter showed that you are full time employed or working hours, your pay scale and JD. Maybe you should appeal as 80 % of your job role matches, it does seem like your job description should match as you are into banking.

or as you have your application back, maybe you should go in for EE.
