Hello Friends,

1) I had mentioned that I lived in 5 different cities in one Indian State but I submitted my PCC from Police station where my permanent residence is. Is it ok?

2) My PCC states my passport no but does not mention that it is from my 18th birthday till date. Is it ok?

Please help.

Thanks.

don't worry . :)

One PCC is sufficient for one country.

Good luck for your rest of the process....

Hello friends,

I got MR on 6th February 2015 and as currently my spouse is pregnent, I raised CSE @ New Delhi Visa Office.

Today I received reply against my CSE as below...

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in response to your recent email enquiry to the Immigration Section of the High Commission of Canada in New Delhi.

Pregnant women normally wait until after giving birth to do the x-ray which is part of the immigration medical examination.

Once the baby is born, the birth certificate will need to be submitted to the visa office, together with an updated application form and family composition form for the applicant, plus the baby's photographs and the fee payment to add a child to the application. Once these documents are received, the visa office will issue medical forms and instructions for both the applicant and the baby.

We trust that this information will be of assistance.

Immigration Section/ Section de l'immigration - 4
High Commission of Canada/ Haut-Commissariat du Canada
PO Box 5209

I would like to know...
1. Is it good to complete Medical test for me & my spouse(except x ray) before delivery?
OR
2. I waite till born of child and then inform NDVO with new born documents as per their above reply and accordingly NDVO will send MR for all of us.

Thanks Vivek, I havent received any acknowledgement and the receipts were written in hand for the doctor fee etc. . so I must go back and check with the doctor.

Regards,
Prasanna

Even if you received hand written receipt, I presume it must have Hospital Name, address, phone number etc. printed on the bill. I mean, you should not have received handwritten bill on a plane paper. You may send this receipt then

The best case would be to wait till your child is born. I know it would delay your case but, so be it. The other option that you mentioned has no value. No X-ray examination of your spouse would mean incomplete medicals and your case would still not progress. Worse, if one year is over both of you will be asked to undergo medicals again. So option 1 is wate of time and money.

I have read somewhere in the forum that few pregnant ladies underwent X-Ray exam with a protective shield. This is something that you should discuss with your doctor first.

Patelbhai they haven't provided you with an extension, so you will have to complete M.E. for your and your wife (except X-ray).So you will have to undergo M.E within given time frame. Just let the physician know that your wife is pregnant and he/she will take care of rest. After birth of child send all documents of your child to them, and they will issue MR for your child, and then complete your wife's M.E.(Only X-ray) and your childs.

Hope this helps. Best wishes.

Congratulations to all for there DM/PPR ,Just curious to know on thing from all that while submitting MR, PCC, RPRF NDVO given one date to submit all the docs and obviously people do send all docs before hand... Weather application is process only after that date or it can be done earlier also? Many June applicants got medical in Jan and got there DM in February just wondering as my date they have given 25/03/2015 so any idea it can be done before hand or only after 25/03/2015. Your reply will highly be appreciated. Thanks

Hi,

Your Application has many parallel things happening in the background while you do Medical and submit your doc.

Once your Medical are uploaded and checked by the Canada Panel Physician and cleared the 3 line will get updated.

But even then your application is be checked for Criminality and Security. So if you submitted PCC earlier then criminality check may get completed early. Security check takes 1-2 Months form the second line ideally but NDVO takes 3 Months.

Based on if the criminality check started after the submitted the PCC or before sometimes depends on the Officer assigned to your file and your case details.

Not going into to much details in ideal conditions NDVO may issue PPR withing 3 months form the Second line since security checks take the maximum time generally.

So for you PPR can be around April end
