If I am not wrong....yesterday one guy reported his PPR who had forgot to disclose information about rejection of his wife's US visa. (not sure .. if it was US or other country).

Wll try to find out his ID...u too may search for that..PPR reported yesterday.

There is a information sharing treaty between US and Canada and this indicated in GCMS notes as information sharing . Both biographic and biometric information are shared . So they will definitely come to know your rejection . I hope they don't consider it as misrepresentation. I don't think sending an updated background form is not good as your application must have already crossed final stage. Please request gcsm note. TBut don't worry i remember one guy was reporting here that he was contacted on the phone and explanation.

Anyway...ur CC charged means 99.9%, you will be getting PER brother..! Just wait for the Magic Mail..! . u shud be getting it within a week or so..

Wonderful forums... here is my case maybe someone can put my mind at ease
I applied FSW under one NOC in June, I got back my application (along with the DD which never got charged) because the I didn't qualify for the NOC. I reapplied with another NOC that I knew I was qualified for in November (this is a much higher level NOC). My credit card was charged 20 days ago... should I count that as a positive sign or can anything happen....

Actually...not his wife, but he got rejection for some US visa and he had shared his updated background delcaration form...he got PPR.

you may get more idea ...contact him asap brother..!!

Finally got the PPR request from NDVO today at 11:06 AM today!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would like to thank each one of you for the support that was provided whenever I did have a concern.

A point to note I had updated my Visa rejection and had shared the updated Background Declaration Form with them, and it was not an issue.

My best wishes and prayers with each one of you.

For folks who are still waiting for the PPR, its just about being patient, there is a huge pile at NDVO that is awaiting a final review before the PPRs can be issued and looks like it is slowly getting cleared.

Be Patient and wait and the moment will arrive.
