App recieved on Oct 10th 2014 and DD encashed on Dec 24th, applied on 2172, :'( but after dd encashed not update till date , No PER yet.. Have a question here even for NER also they deduct the money?

Yes brother..... they do deduct processing fee in case of NER as well and in such case, processing fee is non-refundable.

However, NER is probable if the applicant does not meet the minimum points required, i.e. 67 or if the job duties do not match with the NOC applied. If you have these things in place, there is no need to worry. Just keep the hope up and wait for the good news.

man I feeling depressed now... big bloody mistake to choose this VO..

I don't think in 14 days time they will give me ppr but I still hope that they do and your calculations come out correct

I am new here. My documents received to CIC on December, 18th. my money has not been encashed yet (CC). as I see the Global spreadsheet i find that new encashments are for people waiting for 55, 56 days or less. I have been waiting for encashment for 58 days by now.
what do you think about my application? you think it is delayed or rejected? you think the overall cap is getting filled and they are trying to select the best people among all? I think they do not oblige themselves to fill the exact 25000 people for the overall cap considering the Express Entry system. I want your ideas and advice on this matter. what do you think is going on because there are some people waiting for for example 55 days and suddenly one is encashed but the others are left unencashed. what is going on guys, does anybody know? what is going to happen to the others whose money has not been encashed yet?

Today was the last day for withdrawing my 2014 FSW application from CPC-Ottawa VO (they have given 30 days option to withdraw my wife's file, since they got her another file in progress on SG). My wife has emailed to CPC-O to withdraw 2014 file today .... They have already replied that they are going to refund my processing fee...

I whole heartedly wish my observation come true in everybody's case and also wish that nobody breaks this barrier and keep the rest of us guessing the maximum timescale again

14 days is too long bro, I have a feeling atleast on the 9th day after receiving your docs they'll come up with a good news (PPR)
