Are there any restrictions on permanent residents starting their own businesses in Canada? I am a FSW '14 candidate, my application was received on 17/11/14, my bank says my demand draft was charged on 17/1/2015, and my NOC is 0015.

Great !!! You seems to be first one from Sep 14 applicant or Jan 15 PER holder, who is reporting second line update. Sorry to say that it doesn't seems to be genuine. Did you receive AOR ? Because most NDVO Jan 15 PERs have received AOR from Warsaw VO.
If you have genuine entry, then MR/RPRF is soon waiting to be dropped in your mail box. All the best.

It is very Easy, Below are steps:

Just go to right top of Screen and you will find " PROFILE " tab, click over it.

Then - On the left middle of screen you will get 3 options : Under " Modify Profile " - please choose second option " Forum Profile Information " and click over it.

Then please enter your details , whatever applicable , like :

Location:
Category........:
Visa Office......:
NOC Code......:
App. Filed.......:
Doc's Request.:
Nomination.....:

Vienna VO asked me to resubmit IM5669 with personal history from 18th birthday which I have done yesterday. They had asked to send documents online. Does anybody had the same case and how long will I have to wait for the MR now. I already got the second line in ECAS.

Just check your spams/junks, there might be. Anyhow, congratulations for second line update. Next step is for MR/RPRF.

Dear All,

I applied under NOC 0711 and application received on October 2, 2014. Mode of Payment is CC and i didn't received any news from CIC.....

Is there any problem as a person get his package back who applied in November.

I wonder Wat oct applicant did to cic mine received oct21, DD cashed..no per till date..crazy!

Hi,

Your DD charged because CAP is still on.. Otherwise they will return your application.

Fees encashed after INITIAL review of your application by CIO, will look back to your application again and depend on the last review they will issue PER or NER.

After your final eligibility review is complete at CIO (if successful) you will receive confirmation of positive final eligibility review (PER).

After encash of fees most of CIO will issue PER in 30days, NER chances are very less at this stage.

So don't be worry, you will receive your PER soon !!!
