When I am trying to pay RPRF Fee online using India ICICI bank credit card , every time it throws error "Transaction not approved 200".
Please suggest whats wrong here.

Finally i got status update, it's "Decision Made"


I applied for FSW-2014 before joining this forum, Hence could not took advantage of this wonderful forum for filling up forms and submitting application.
I joined this forum week after my application and since then i am associated with lot many people through this and regularly getting idea that as and when my application is reaching next stage.
It is a wonderful experience, hopefully i will get PPR & Visas soon. I am open to any queries, try to resolve to the best of My knowledge.

Time line as :

NOC : 1114
App Reached : 24.07.2014
CC Charge : 11.11.2014
PER Date : 18.11.2014
2nd Line Update : 02.02.2015 We had started processing your file on 29.01.2015
MR and RFRF : 05.02.2015

did u get any kind of background verification between PER and MR . pls share if u got it.

I am sorry to tell u this but 2 Applicants from Sep 2 and Sep 3 have posted on forum that they got their applications returned....Most likely the cap for 2171 was filled on Sep 2....Apologies for providing bad news......Pls consider applying for EE as ur app is likely to be returned..

Today I received a response from CIC for my query sent on Nov 26 regarding my application status.
My application has been sent back on Jan 10 due to cap full!

Application details:
NOC 2171
Applcation date: Sep 2

Attention All 2171 applicants

I am a 3rd Sept, 2014 applicant. I got a reply for my email I sent on 6th Nov, 2014. And below is the reply.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please be advised that your application was returned with all attachments on January 10, 2015 as the cap of NOC 2171 has been reached. A letter of explanation was provided along with the application package.

Please note: all returned applications are sent via regular mail to the mailing address as entered on the application package. There is no tracking number. Once the application is mailed, its delivery is the responsibility of the postal service. Applications are not sent via courier.

This now rests all speculations regarding any future prospects for 2171. The most important to note here is that my app was returned only last friday, i.e., 10th Jan, 2015. Dont know why it took more than 50 days for them to return my app after the cap fill. Anyway, it does not matter now.

Just try after sometime or next day ... there may be some tech issue...

It could be problem with international transaction limit on your card. Check with your bank what is internationsal transaction limit on you card.

What is the best way to show POF at the time of port entry ?

1. Travel cheques
2. Travel Cards
3. Opening an account from India (in which we can put CAD and which can be later activated in Canada )
