My application for permanent residence was received on May 20, 2014 at Nova Scotia. The second point states that "we have started processing your application on October 15, 2014.

Since than I have not got any response regarding to undergo medical test. Can you please let me know what is the processing time rule for FSW 2014???

Please advice on the above.

Seems you missed a PER mail - Why? Did it go to SPAM

Is your ECAS active and have you logged in - it may show some more update

This is important to know since you ma have missed the MR PCC RPRF mail also

General time looking at your application is - MR request should have been in around 10 November 2014.

If you have missed the 30 Day deadline after the mail that may cancel your application and ECAS will turn to DM.

Alternatively it may not be any of the above and they may have not requested MR as your Background check are taking time.

you may opt for requesting GCMS notes

How safe is it to write an email to NDVO from the office email address, when all the outgoing emails are filtered by the IT department???

you have answered you own question

Very un necessary- It may be safe and your office may not react but if they monitor mails they will know.

nothing may be as important that you have to reply in those 8 hrs. do it form home or Ur Smart Phone

Hi friends would like to share my experience. I am a 7th may applicant done with my medicals in September and was waiting desperately for PPR.
Today i recd a mail from NDVO asking for Australia PCC. I was thinking about resigning from my present company as i have to give 3 months notice period
I came back frm Australia in 2004 and i did attached an old PCC taken during that time..but seriously one cannot just trust the process is over till u receive PPR.

Yes Diplomatru i never returned to Australia after 2004, its really strange i guess they shouldnt have asked for it.

one question is, in email they said need 4 photos, but in attached pdf document only need 2 photos.

Candidates who are accepted into the pool are ranked according to various factors, including language proficiency, education and work experience. Each is a leading indicator of one's likelihood of integrating fully and quickly into Canadian society and making an optimal contribution to the economy.

Canada will regularly invite the highest-ranking candidates from the pool to apply to immigrate. With most applications being processed in six months or less, candidates will be able to contribute to Canada's economy and job market more quickly than ever before.

I am pretty sure the EE will be dominated by PNP applicants since we all know how hard it is to get a job offer form outside Canada.

Of the 779 i bet there will be 740 PNP and 39 odd with job offer.

So all those hope to qualify with EE should focus on PNP requirements first and try to secure a PN invitation

Your analysis/prediction seems to be quite true. It is near to impossible to get Valid Job Offer+LMIA.
None of employers take headache of LMIA.
