I was wondering if the 3rd party agencies that carry out security or criminality checks can foresee future crimes (say white-collar crime) that applicants may commit. Does anybody know if these agencies are setup with Pre-Crime detection/reporting technologies?

Did your consultant receive an email on this? My consultant (law firm) has an automated system by which they forward all government communications to me. So far I have not received anything (Sep 25 applicant, Jan 12 PER, LVO requested in application).

i am September 15 applicant . I received per on 30th Dec. My VO was supposed to be NDVO. My consultant told me that i have been assigned CPC-O as VO which i don't believe as nothing is stated in PER email about VO. But today i saw so many people from NDVO being shifted to Warsaw.. so mine case can also be true as CPC-o dont provide AOR..

anybody with same condition?

I'm not an expert on medical issues but I don't think this should be a problem. My new born also had a slight medical complication (which I do not want to put on a public forum). We were asked to do a couple of additional tests but in the end, the 3rd line got updated.

Congrats, hope you get your PPR soon. Also, loads of blessings to your baby to get completely cured from his/her medical issues.

With few DM / PPR updates in last two days...i got positive feelings tht NVDO is issuing more of DM/ PPR for May applicants...its just that either people are not active in forum to update it or many have not joined the forum itself...hence I have gut feelings tht all May/ June applicants PPR will come by Feb end ...2015.

I have read your post, I suggest you not break your funds until u get your PP stamped.

The bank account should be in the name of principal applicant. (can maintain joint account, u & ur spouse)

You are required to provide only one a/c as POF.

Bank statements are not required, only bank certificate (be it liquid cash / FD)

As per my knowledge no need to mention specifically reg funds, any way you are going to update the VO with your Spouse's appl.

It seems that in the first draw of express entry only few NOCs were selected.
So, it means that in Express Entry system they will be conducted draws based on NOCs. Read below official news of the CIC:-

TO EASE THE PRESSURE ON NDVO AND FOR FASTER PROCESSING, APPLICATIONS RECEIVED PER AFTER 31ST DECEMBER ARE TRANSFERRED TO RATHER LESS BURDENED VOs. MANY APPLICATIONS ARE REPORTED TO HAVE RECEIVED THIS AOR MAIL FROM WARSAW, POLAND. THERE NO NEED TO PANIC SINCE THE FURTHER PROCESS IS SAME IRRESPECTIVE OF VO.
