By the way this time is now reduced to only 50-days as per current cahrging by CIO of dec applicants.

Hi,

When did you send your email inquiry? Your file should gone through by now. Have you been charged or DD encashed? Co'z recent progress, December are getting charged and PER's are given to October applicants.

I sent my inquiry on November 26. No I haven't been charged. I thought they already stopped reviewing 2171 bec of cap. But this reply from cio made me really confused.. But somehow this reply from cio brought back hope.

You are absolutely right. I am also of the same opinion. No one should be allowed to make you fool. Therefore this consultant has no right to stop you from following your own case.

As per current rate, you will get your CC charged on or around 4th or 5th Feb. I am also applicant of the same date. Let us share together the news in PM as soon as anyone of us gets his CC charged.

Really that is extremely surprising. How your application can be in the Que for such a long time without even charging whereas the December applicants are being charged. But you should not worry as far as application is with CIO so there is expectation of good news. Maybe staff reviewing files of your NOC is slow and taking longer time to review because of which Que of your application is not getting exhausted.

I've been following you guys for a long time but this is my first post, out of inevitable worries settling in.

Application received on October 28, 2014. My credit card has not been charged yet. Should I be worried? Any others in a similar circumstance (3 months after app. rec date, no CC charge)?

Thank you very much for your help. One final query, as I inform them of the new address (with rental agreement as proof) should i also request them to send the revised IMM1017 form with the new Australia address?

Will be really appreciative of your help on my situation please,

1) On getting MR request, I have replied back to the VO with the updated address (in Australia) and have also requested for the revised Medical Examination form (IMM1017) with the new address (address in IMM1017 is of previous home country)? If they will not respond with the updated form as i have only 30 days to do medicals what options do i have? Can i get the medical done with the existing IMM1017 in Australia having my home country (Pakistan) address?

Me too in same situation. Just got my UCI and it says "in process" too. What does it mean. What percentage i will receive PER. Please tell me. When will i get my PER?

99% you should receive PER.
In rare cased they issue NER even after showing "In Process".
But wish you all the best that you will receive PER soon and please share the good news.

Even i am in the same boat as you or rather same compartment as my NOC code is 2171 as well and my application date when it reached Nova Scotia was 5th Sep 2014.

Please find reply to mail which I wrote on 27th Nov 2014, it is pretty much the same as yours,
