You are not late for 2173. I believe 2173 will be capped after mid july or aug 1st week.

For WES you need to send transcripts, marksheets and degree certificate and signed by exam controller or registrar. Put everything in sealed envelope quote reference number on enclosed envelope. Wes form is not mandatory to be sent.

How do my friends in India have shown their property value as an asset. I am assuming they must be showing home loan as a liability ?
Or is it no required , just show what is money in liquid or fixed form(FDs, Insurance Policy, PF etc ..)

It was i think because of roles and responsibilities.

In Btwn that could you please confirm the date on the explanation letter.

In Ravi's case: Do you know what had he provided for his roles and responsibilities and why was it rejected. I mean what did CIC rejection letter said????

coz as far as i know..... CIO office only checks completness of your application and doesnt look into detailes of you roles/responsibilities.... i guess thats done at CIC(by the officeer looking into your case).... is that not how it works??

I have applied for NOC 2174 and my application was received on 8th May. Reading on the forum, it is nice to know that CCs have already started getting charged for apps received till 5th may. Keeping my fingers crossed.
