I have the same dates as you but Mexico Visa Office instead. Still nothing from them, still waiting MR.

Have you checked your ECAS status? Does it say anything new?

So far I haven't received PP stamped (should receive it by end of this week), but Immigration officer told me in interview that my Visa will be valid till XX date. For me thats the day my ECAS reflected as Medicals received. I am not sure about others.

sorry for the ignorance but ECAS reflects as Medicals received after you have sent the receipt to NDVO, correct?
Also kindly confirm when you receive your PP with COPR.

No, your Physician has to upload your results. Health department of CIC reviews your result and update ECAS. Sending a receipt if just a proof that you did your Medical within given time frame.

Sure. I raised a CSE yesterday because a person working for that courier company did some blunder with delivery address, and received a reply after 30 min that only Visa stamping is left. COPR and Visa forms has been printed, and they will send my PP & COPR by end of this week. My PP was received by CCG last Friday. +

It is unclear, unfair and non-logical way that CIC has.
When my file had been received by CIC in 20th Oct. there were just 376 people in his last updated list. My NOC is 2132.
Till now, I have not received any news from them. In contrast they cashed 4th Dec. applicant in other NOCs.
If the cap is filled. it is around 100 days waiting to know about rejection! It is unbelievable!
It has not been inferred that my document is incomplete because there is no progress in this NOC after 8th Oct. and also my file is exactly the same as my friend's file who has gotten his PER.

I couldn't understand this method. In there description they announce that they will respect to FIFO. In reality there is no sign.

How can you analyze this issue?

Number of applicants on October 20th reflected how many people had applied in July - August. Not how many had applied until October 19th.

So you will have to wait a few days to know if you made the cap or not. While you wait, enroll into EE to increase your chances.

Finally, they created EE precisely to correct thing like this. We won't need to worry about the cap anymore.

Guys, just trying once again, if some one has had similar experience...

In our case, Primary applicant is renewing passport and changing her name (surname only as she is married) ... As application is in progress, will this be any problem.. she has already added spouse in application.

Later what document might be needed due to this change...

thats great news.
so I was wondering, we have 30 days to do medicals after MR and 45 days to submit RPRF fees after RPRF request. so it wouldnt be a cause for concern if I did the medicals in 30 days of MR receipt and then sent the RPRF receipt and PP bio pages and medical receipt after ~40 days
