Can anyone tell me the email address that Ottawa visa office uses to send medical request?

Mine is high since Medicals done day(Sept 22nd), even during medicals high BP was reported . NDVO pls send soon PPR 's for all waiting here.

I am also waiting for PPR request complete medical on 30th September 2014....hope come soon.....best luck....

They wont give it on the same day...
They accept your passport. They will give you an option of picking it directly or having it sent to your address..
The charges are different...

Jubin that option is given by vfs.. I don't think anyone can go directly... Pls confirm once.

I had applied to FSW 2014. I received the mail regarding refusal of my case in Dec due to less points given to my experience. Even though my Fees was deducted but the case officer didn't satisfied.

I have total 11 years of experience. I know it happened due to mistake of CIC or due misunderstanding of visa officers.

Pls suggest what to do know further for re consideration of case. I got the UCI number.

CIO has already charged the applicants of 4th December,2014. It seems that CIO is working at highest possible speed.

I think that delay in first draw of express entry can be associated with exhausting of applications of FSWP2014. It was supposed to be the last week of January and up till now there is no date declared by the CIC for the first draw of Express Entry.

Because if first draw of Express Entry is conducted then upon first draw, the candidates who would have received LOI, would be required to submit the documentary evidence of everything that they have described in their EE profile. Now there is still a question mark that how these documents will be submitted to CIO, either by scanning and uploading to Express Entry Webpage of CIC OR they would ask to send these documents by courier in the same manner as we do it now to the address which they will specify. OR another option would be that upon getting of LOI you will be required to submit all of your documents to the visa office assigned to you. And CIC have already increased the number of visa offices worldwide.

This will provide an advantage to the December applicants initial stages of case processing, because their cases will be processed a bit faster till AOR stage.

hi everyone need some information. I applied under 3112 in november. My applicaion reached on 8 November. I paid through Brac bank with pay cheque. So my questions are:
1. Is their any way I can get the information regarding encashment?
2. If CIC en cashes then do they send us any email?
3. If their is anything missing in the file how long does it take to return the file by mail?
4. And if CIC sends any email if they reject any application?

The CC charges for Dec applicants are so far going smooth and fast. We are already expecting the 5,6 and even 7th of Dec applicants to be charged by the end of the day, but what about the applicants that paid via DD? what is the new time frame? is it going to be the same speed rate or a little bit slower ? and what are the latest DDs that got charged?

Hi ahmadursiddiqui,

1. You may check with the bank branch from which you got the pay-check made for encashment.
2. Post encashment, CIC sends a PER/NER email (chances of NER are bleak post encashment)
3. CIC sends the file back through regular mail (for me, it took 50 days to reach from Canada to Delhi, India)
4. NER mail is sent in case fees is charged by CIC. If application is rejected in the first stage (completeness check), then no email is sent and the file is sent back with all attachments.

PER - Positive Eligibility Review
NER - Negative Eligibility Review
