Folks, since this has been discussed extensively on this and other threads, I thought I'd share my experience buying CanadaPost label from the US using US credit card. You're all correct that the link provided by CIC doesn't let you pay with the US credit card. There is a workaround.

1. Create an account on CanadaPost website (Venture Program). I can't post the link here, but you can figure it out, I am sure
2. Once you sign-up, CanadaPost will send you your customer number: 000XXXXXXX. You will need it down the road when purchasing the label.
3. Log-in to CanadaPost to to purchase the XpressPost label with any credit card outside Canada. Choose an option EST (Electronic Shipping Tools) and choose "Send to USA." You will obviously want to send it to yourself, so just type your address in the recipient tab. For the return address, you will fill-in the CPP address (this will show as the sender address on the actual label).
4. You will need to use your customer number in the "shipped by" tab.
The cost of the label is 29.47CAD + tax, so I was charged 32.27CAD

If this gets too complicated, call CanadaPost 1-800 number. They should help you if you tell them your customer number. I was also told that XpressPost label can be attached to any envelope, so this is probably why CIC has not asked for XpressPost envelope if you have a US address. Good luck!

I received a request to pay the RPRF from bucharest VO but did not receive MR. when is it expected to receive MR? my ecas still first line> PLEEEEEEEEASe help.

Did you check your Ecas status before, coz i notice that your app/file took 140days to receive PER, which is not normal as per SS average.

No i could not check ECAS status because i was not having the UCI number and i tried severally to get it but they wont give until yesterday morning when i got lucky and UCI given....i quickly checked and it said IN PROCESS and later in the night PER dropped.....yea you are right it took 140days to receive PER....maybe August applicants were not given much attention and my NOC was among the slowest so maybe that could be the reason i wont know..only CIC knows but the good thing is PER came after all....is it not why we applied in the first place..to receive the PER in order to be in the game,so to me abnormal is not to receive the PER and normal is receiving the PER whenever.

• My arrival in Canada and requesting transfer of Visa office to CPC Ottawa. - Will they transfer file to VO Ottawa? thru Case specific query to VO, Delhi.
• I also completed my medicals which was done as part of my Work visa on July-2014 – Is it valid?

• My arrival in Canada and requesting transfer of Visa office to CPC Ottawa. - Will they transfer file to VO Ottawa? thru Case specific query to VO, Delhi. They don't do such transfers. At the time of PPR you can request them to complete your Visa stamping procedure in Canada.
• I also completed my medicals which was done as part of my Work visa on July-2014 – Is it valid? They are still valid till July-2015, if they don't issue you visa before that then you will have re-appear for Medical Examination.

I have applied for NOC 2133 and i have got PER .Now i have been offered a job which is not relevant to NOC 2133 and job duties are very different from it.If I accept the new job and send CSE to LVO fr change in employer will it be a problem ? as it is not related to 2133 ..

Please guide, very confused

I applied for FBI background check and today they charged my credit card, does this mean that my fingerprints are already accepted?
I'm a bit worried because I took fingerprints on A4 paper at home.

Sorry my friend, FBI charges all fingerprints received no matter if they are accepted or rejected later when the search is complete

can someone from Paris visa office confirm if they will send AOR, and how long they will take to send MR ?
