The proof of funds to be scrutinized during the processing period which starts after PER and the file receive by the the relevant visa office. Once you have the MR than as per my opinion you may utilize the funds. Seniors members can put more light on it.

Thanks Jam2k94 !! i shall keep it till MR.

Thanks Mikeypm !! do you mean I have to keep the funds in my account throughout the process untill i get the visa or land in Canada?? :o Because as per my consultant, i have to keep the funds in my account only till i get PER after which i can withdraw. and then later show the funds again in my account while landing. I am now confused and worried as well :(

the ideal thing is to keep the funds intact in the account till you get PPR or till you land and anyway you would need money when you land.
There are instances when people got POF along with MR RPRF and PCC request so dont leave things to chances since you are in the cap and FSW 2014 so make the best use of the opportunity.

All the best... (Do not fall for Consultants words elarn from real experience faced by people on this forum)

Common NDVO,

Please send me PPR email.. Pleaseeeeeeeee..
I will save $3,600 if I receive PPR before 23rd Jan.

SS Upadeted..

Congrats. It was pretty quick too. All the best.

Seniors, I was wondering parking the amount which is in my savings bank - to a Fixed Deposit in the same bank. Would you recommend that I do it? Will it not jeopardise my PR process? I have more than sufficient liquid funds, which are in FDs/ Insurance/ bonds - which i had declared to CIC in my application. Awaiting your valuable advice. :)

rb1981, explain how does this section look in your GCMS notes.

s4xgrc.jpg

This is what my GCMS shows in the section you asked

Assessments
Eligiblity: In Progress
Security: Not Started
HIRV:
Criminality: In Progress
Org Crime:
Medical: Not Started
Misrepresentation:
Other reqs:
Final:

In fact i mailed CPC-Ottawa twice in last two months for which I got a reply on Dec 31 which said that the THE APPLICATION IS IN QUEUE FOR REVIEW BY AN OFFICER. The notes don't mention any RFV as you stated.

According to you, what might be the scenario and how long it might take for the MR.

Thanks a lot for your support

Hello everyone..
1.Kindly let me know what is the latest CC charge date and which NOC?
2. Kindly let me know what is tha last CC charge date for NOC-4011?
As I'm unable to download the spreadsheet, I will be greatful to you If you could provide the above information.

Dear Seniors, please suggest me that do I need to apply in EE in January or Not. (My application was recieved on 2nd December-NOC 4011).
I'm worried that this NOC has stopped charging since 16th october (is it capped??)

Thanks

it is a great help and eye opener. first planing to go all family in one go but now thinking differently.
thanks George and +10 for this post

It seems that initially we should land with whole family in Canada to complete the immigration process and then send the wife and kids back till you settled in Canada and started earning that will be enough to meet your requirements.

you Nailed it 8)..+1..

I collected several -1s from silent retards thinking that I have something against KSA or Pakistan as well =)

Once again, thorough security checks are involved for nationals of certain countries because of obvious risks for Canada, which is fighting against ISIS in the Middle East and invaded Afghanistan in 2001.
