Got it, in my case there is just 1 line till now and it is as under:

1. We received your application for permanent residence on July 21, 2014.

When shall i expect 2nd line update, I got my PER on 16th Nov.
Will there be another e-mail for the 2nd line update or we only have to keep checking at CIC account.
Please guide friends.

Seniors please advice us for Nova scotia program which is started from JAN 01 -2015 and it is independent of Express Entry.

i got the second line , same day i received RPRF and MR request.

i got my PER on october 15,
you can check both, thats what i was doing
but i saw the email before the update on ECAS

I got a call from NDVO on 21st nov and they asked me if i have submitted the docs.
Then I got a mail from NDVO on 26th Nov that they are unable to locate my courier packet(PCC,RPRF Receipt,Copies of passports etc.) and asked me to resend the scanned copies.
I sent the scanned copies on 27th Nov and again sent a courier on 29th Nov.

After that i have sent 2 reminders to acknowledge if they have received the packet but no response from NDVO.

Timeline:
App Received at cpc ottawa: 7th May
Medicals/RPRF received at NDVO :8th Oct

I am assuming that the visa officer was going through my file on 21st Nov and he would have sent the PPR if he had received the packet.
Now I am waiting for ecas update and PPR from 2 months?Can you suggest something?

You did n't check with Currier company for Proof of delivery ?

Hi Guys,

Listen to my crazy FSW 2014 story.

I started this journey in May 2014, registered for July 19th IELTS myself and spouse, My wife cleared with 6.5 base score and I ended with 5.5.
Although she could have easily applied as a lecture (4011). The consultant asked me go ahead as I had a better chance (Big mistake as it turns out) as i had impeccable records and a healthy experience of 7+ years , the cap 2171 was also around ~300. So decided to write IELTS again on Sept 18, Received my scores in Oct 3rd with a 7 base score.10 days after I applied for 2171 (Nov 21) the cap for 2171 got filled.

Then we decided to go with my wife's candidature; used my old Ielts marks card (5.5 base score) and with my wife's additional TRF and applied for 4011, By the time the application reached ,it was 30th December.(Dec 12th 2013 -> 4011 reached 813 caps)
Now I don't have a clue as to weather I'm in or out, Have applied for EE with the hope I'l get my 2171 documents back stating cap reached.
Now mind you folks ,EE just gives 60 days to submit documents after ITA, Now "IF" we do receive the ITA it will either be a nail biting finish or a painful heart ache.

It has been one juggling circus act so far.

Any comments , Suggestions are always welcome.
Will keep you guys posted if something comes my way.

I am a NDVO applicant & had applied through a consultant in canada. I had sent all my documents to him in canada and he had forwarded it to CIC. The communication address and mail address is that of a consultant in canada. The PER mail and Medical mail was received by him which he forwarded to me. I have submitted my medical detail to NDVO and am now waiting for my PPR.

Anyone who had applied through consultant and got his or her visa, I have a few question-

1. Would the mail for PPR come at consultant address or to my address in India? It is an email which will reach your consultant
2. When I send my passports to NDVO for visa , would they sent them back to me at my address in India or to my consultant in canada at the communication address? You will send your passport using VFS and provide your address and they will return it to you, or you may opt to collect it in person.
3. What roll if any does he have now at this stage when I am waiting for my PPR? Just in case. ;D
4. In PPR , what address or contact no. should I mention in the additional Information asked for by the VO, Is it my permanent/current address in India? Any personal information should be your as there is a separate form that is used for the consultant details.

Need a help. I have to update the Local VO with [IMM 5669] and my present PCC as the PCC given to the VO is one year old. I have these documents ready but wanted a format for a cover letter to local VO.

If there is any link or a sample copy kindly share it, it will be of great help.

Did you estimated what mistake you did earlier in providing information or does it required you to attach additional sheet this time ?
