No need to call them ,since they don't have access to FSW application

sorry to say that ur application will reject them. some of forum members already faced this situation. my suggestion send the copies of ur degree certificate with a cover letter to CIO mentioning ur last and first name, DOB, Passport, Nationality, NOC code, date of application received date and if u have UCI mention it. hope for the best

However you can immediately send them required copies via DHL and at the same time email them please

Brother, normally time is 45-50 days but i got my email revert on my email query from CIC in 52 days.
I emailed them on 21 October and got response on 12 December.

Although the question im about to ask might sound the most idiotic one you have ever came across in the forum..responses would still be highly appreciated.. I come from an upper middle class family ..currently employed with an organization of high repute ( top 5 in fortune 500) ..me and my wife earn well over INR 2L per month..i have my own house without any loans etc in an upmarket society at Gurgaon..Would it be advisable for me to quit my job here and start from scratch at Canada ???

Im in a big time dilemma and any honest opinions would be a great help.

1. what country are you resident in?

2. i dont think anyone has the right to make such decision for you. the call is yours, you need to ask yourself simple questions? what makes Canada better than yours? what do you lack that you cant afford? why do you want the canadian immigration? etc. eventually the call belongs to you and your wife. nobody knows your status and it will be difficult for anyone to advice as such.

Well thanks Subsidy1 for your answer..i am an Indian citizen...my main Idea behind this application was to secure my childs future in terms of good education and to help him out of the Rat race in India..I know the decision will eventually be mine..but few honest extended opinions would serve a great purpose in helping me decide..

THE IVR WILL ASK FOR UCI NO.
DONT ENTER THAT (WILL ASK FOR 3 TIMES)
CALL WILL B TRANSFERRED TO AGENT (IF U R LUCKY).
ASK THEM ABOUT THE FILE NO/UCI AND DONT ASK ANY OTHER INFO. (COOK SOME STORY THAT U LOST UR UCI OR DELETED UR PER MAIL)
BE CONFIDENT WHILE TALKING SINCE THEY R PARTING AWAY WITH PERSONAL INFO.
THE AGENT WILL ASK FOR PERSONAL DETAILS WHICH NO OTHER THAN U SHOULD BE KNOWING. SHE DIDNT ASK MY PASSPORT NO. BUT IT MAY BE CALLED UPON BY THE AGENT IN OTHER CASES.

Immigration is a very tough battle. It will be much harder to get good jobs and good house on the first years, you will have to get used to the weather....

You have to be really sure that this is what you want. It's not something to face without a lot of determination.

I am June applicant and got PER on Oct 27.
Since then I have not heard anything from LVO. There is no second line update as well.
Now, I have to withdraw some money from my bank account that i used for showing my Funds. After this withdrawal, the amount in my bank will remain less than minimum Funds required.
Please let me know if I withdraw money, will this effect my further process.

They might ask your POF anytime. If for sometime POF goes down below threshold, may be for a month, it could be acceptable - but long term, VO won't be convince. So for emergency need, use but get it back very soon.

To play safe, as soon as 2nd line updated, do maintain the POF. This is for emergency case only.

I have a query please. I have tried googling but too much confused about the information...

Please guide me, What will happen If I get my MR After my 2nd Baby Born in February In-Sha-Allah. I am worried about it because I have noticed about my first daughter in the CIC Form. now I am waiting for our 2nd baby and expecting in February. Now if i get the MR after the baby born how should i Proceed? should i update the VO first then Proceed for Medical or DO the medical without my new baby and then update the VO.

how can i show proof of landing funds on Toronto Airport. i am going from Lahore. do i make dd or bank statement?in how many days the dd is cashed after opening account? can i open bank account in Toronto from Lahore?

Earlier in the CIC website it was written that POF need to be shown to the custom authority but now the site is telling tat it need to be shown to VO only. There could be change in requirement but I am not sure. Please let us know after your land.

If your bank statement is from a bank in Canada, it is acceptable. So better to carry cash/traveler cheque. You have to declare to custom authority if you bring more than CAD10000.
