Nobody knows, but I bet you can increase your score with a better IELTS. If you can, go for it.

Check the EE SS to see how you fit with 370 points. If I'm not mistaken it's about the middle of the pack.

Gave IELTS thrice already dunno if i can manage to score more for FSWP my IELTS points were 21 .. I saw the EE SS a lot of people have points ranging between 300-400 so i guess mine should be fine and if it is NOC independent i dont find anyone from my NOC on the SS as of now ... dunno if peopel from same NOC are applying otherwise who are not a part of this forum!

The objective of CAP update is to warn the applicants who are yet to submit to let them know whether he should file application.

As the program is closed, there is no point of cap update considering the original objective.

Yes. But it would inform applicants whether or not they made the CAP - and thus lower the number of EE applications of people with doubts....

Do we know till what date people have received their application documents back, possibly in India?

I am done for FSW14 and need a lot of those documents back to apply in EE, hoping there is an early ITA.

My documents received on Octover 20th .. Any timelines when I can expect them?

You did not get any reply for case specific enquiry then how did CIC correct their mistake?
How you conveyed their mistake to them?

Dear Members,

Here is information some might find helpful.

I received my PER on November 14th and it stated that my application will be sent to visa office in DAKAR.
My VO is WARSAW.

They acknowledged their mistake and resent the PER email without this DAKAR information.

So this was just a technical mistake.

I did, however, file a case-specific-inquiry but did not receive their reply to it yet.

I have communicated one applicant named Osman_geo. He also got the same problem. He contacted CIO and CIO in replied ask him to ignore the Dakar, Senegal part. So CIO is sending it by mistake - to me it is some bug of their email system which keep on repeating the mistake.

You can email CIO on this for clarification.

RPRF is requested only after the "Security Check" is completed,
probably your security checks are still on going, hence RPRF is not requested by VO.

Yes, you are right. But though it is NOC independent, I don't think if 2000 applications are filed from 2174 and all of them are qualified and received more points than NOC 0111 (exg - my NOC), all of them will gonna selected over 0111. They also need 0111 people. So there got to be subcategory. This is why applicant also has to select NOC. Though there is no CAP, it got to be market demand driven.

Guys, just want to share, you can watch the Canadian film "Dr. Cabbie", it's about a doctor from India who immigrated to Canada and became a taxi driver. It is a strong commentary on the current beaurocracy in the system by which highly skilled immigrants are overlooked.

Yes you are true.As far as I know doctors still have to undergo for written exams in order to get Canadian practicing certificates.Some Sri Lankan doctors returned back home as they could not get through the exam.Same happens in Aussie as well.Anyway let us think possitive.
