No He is from CIO Sydney
i just checked status of consignment (one of my friend's delivered today) delivered by loomisexpress and signed by the said official

There are several applications that reported a signature by Donnie on the last days of December on the SS. You are good .

regarding the information about sending files to Dakar, Senegal, I am on the conclusion that it is a general note in all PER issued in Dec. to really clear to coast on this, can someone who received PER in Dec without such information let us know and we can begin to mail CIC for appropriate actions.
