Yes, it's a print having my details and doctor's stamp. Did u sent the form IMM1017 along with ur documents to NDVO?

What is Medical acknowledgement, are you referring to the medical form on which doctor stamped & signed with applicant photo affixed on it.

I have sent all the above mentioned document to NDVO through normal post. But people have sent it through courier (remove P.O. Box detail from the address) as well.

kindly guide me with your valuable suggestions
We received our medicals on 12/12/2014 we got our medical done on 17th dec. On 20th hospital staff gave a call to my husband that his xray has some complication so he has to go for further test(sputum).they said this recommendation is from delhi office but no mail came to me regarding further test.As sputum test is a time consuming process(65 days) .any idea how much delay will be there in my case.and what about the decision of other 3 members whose medicals are ok.
is anybody else faced this same problem if yes kindly give me ids of those.

I dont think it will reach the 25k cap. Bulk of the applicants sent on the first half of the year. Plus the bulk are on the hot NOCs.

has there been a downward trend in total applications being received every month?

How many do you think will be contributed by Oct/Nov/Dec?

How many of the 25k are we expecting to be filled by the time all files have been looked at?

Hi everyone,

I have sent my initial application on 27th August and based on that received PER on DEC 14. As I left out some docs while sending the initial application , I have resubmitted another complete new application later on, October 6th with a cover letter mentioning the reason for second submission. I just came to know they charged CC for second application as well.
What should I do now ????? Plz advise.

Even I too belong to same NOC i.e., 4011.Application received on 11 Sept and DD encashed on 3rd December.Still I didnt get PER.What would have been the reason.IS it something that we have to worrry????????????????

Can seniors please reply to our query.

I have seen lots of guy from NOC 4011 applied in October getting PER. I have applied on 29th September and my bank informed me that my DD has been cashed on 15 December. I know CIC is acting weirdly. But, as people from my NOC who applied after me is getting PER; Should I be worried?

App recd 12th may
Per 19th aug
Procesing started 7th oct
Med request 8th oct
3rd line 21st oct
Rprf encashed 18th nov
decision made 18th dec
Passport request 24th dec
Will update the ss later

Got PER 20/11/2014
VO-Singapore
Waiting for AOR- Already passed 34 days from PER
Can anybody share me when i could expect my AOR. I am little bit worried now as 34 days passed. Should i make any query to CSE-Singapore.

I am principal Applicant but My Spouse last month visited abroad for his official purposes after i submitted my application to CIC. Weather i have to inform VO-Singapore regarding his recent abroad visit. if i have to inform VO, then how i will inform them any specific guideline or i have to filled up the travel information form again.

Please share your experience and give your valuable suggestion
