I hope so. But I don't know that why UPS is so slow, whereas as per the experience of the forum members UPS was faster then Aramex. But my first application deliverd by aramex within 4-days and UPS has already taken six-days after departing from Doha Qatar.

Thanks for the message. What do you think that cap for the NOC-0113 will be filled up before the turn for the opening of my application will reach.

And whether the rate of receiving of applications at CIO is increased during December or decreased compare to the previous months?

Provide information about date of receipt of your application at the CIO.
With the help of that date of receipt and by making some statistical forecast on the basis of data available in the Spreadsheet of this forum you can make a statistical guess. Otherwise no one has direct access to the database of CIO and those who have access, you cannot access them!

Sorry guys, after updating PPR messgae, i never had such a busy day. Full meetings at office with PPR in hand.

But managed to submit passport to VFS Bangalore by afternoon!!!!

Decision Made : 18 Dec
PPR : 23 Dec
Passport submitted : 23 Dec.

and Thanks a ton from bottom of my heart to all birthday wishes.

You will be in CAP for sure. I guess its decreased comparing to previous months.
