NDVO wantedly taking more time. other vo asking ppr along with MR. instance SGVO and completing in one shot.

if ndvo receive PP along with MR they will issue visa for 99% applicant. other 1% only have unsolved health issue can refuse.

Y ndvo is doing like this can't understand. They r not doing great bk verification, if yes they itself can get PCC data.

ECAS shows wrong date of application received. It was received on june 3 but it shows we received on sept 3. My per is on 16 october. I made case specific enquiry and emailed them but no response not even 2nd line updated. Senior members please guide me what to do.

Don't worry, you are cent per cent within Cap . Because, Cap is only 554 on 16-12-2014. For those who says, Cap is 554+377, I suggest to read instructions on Cap page carefully....!

Dear 377 are the applications received in OCT , NOV these are the applications that will be added to 554 provided they meet the criteria 98 percent will so its very tough of Dec applicants Under this NOC mine was received on 1 DEC

How are you. Yes you are correct but I am saying this on the basis of latest cap update. I think CIC has included all the apps received till first week or may b of second week also of Dec in its cap update. So I suppose Lalit still stands a chance to be included in this cap although nt 100%.

I wish you are right but I personally think that they have included till mid Nov MAX they are not that fast to include December applications in last update !

Guys ...only one thing to note ....
They are not issuing PPR or DM to 2nd may / 5th May and 6th May applicants ....
Rest all May applicants are getting.....
Any thoughts on this any one !

I think NDVO is actioning files in a stack instead of a queue. If we closely look at the timelines of people who received PPR they had there ECAS updated to medical received in 2nd week of October.

In my case i did my meds on 20th September ECAS updated on 3 rd OCTOBER so i think our files are at the bottom of the stack.

Not sure when we will receive PPR.....

Has any Aug applicant received their rejected application back to India? Did it come by normal post or any specific courier service?
What is last date of returned application specific to India?

I am waiting for my application and i have no idea where should i check? I have written to CIC but waiting for their response

Hi mandelu,

It took my application 50 days to return to me in New Delhi, India. It was dispatched by normal post on 25-Aug by CIC and I received it on 15-Oct at my residential address.

My application for NOC 0311 was received on 3rd Oct, DD still not encashed...

I called CIC yesterday to get my UCI # and the lady was nice enough to tell me that she could only see my UCI # on the system and no further updates were available at this time. I guess we'll be waiting for a while longer for DD and PER status to change.

When was your application submitted?

I have just undergone medical yesterday and I have sent medical receipt as wel as RPRF fees (DD in Indian Rupees) yesterday only. When can I expect to get 3rd line of update??

10 to 15 days in average but someone including me got before this timeframe.
