BRO, please don't panic.

CIC are now busy dealing with the NOCs with greater "pending number" (please refer to the new official cap update). 0113 is not that popular so it lags behind.

I did check my ECA earlier. It shows "In Process" - Your application Recd. on 11th August.

Since, my application has been recd. on 11 Aug and DD charged on 18 Nov. Don't you think I shall receive my PER soon. What made you say end of Jan????

I spent some time analyzing the spreadsheet tonight, and managed to pull out some data that people might want.

Here's a list of the average time to receive PER (from the time the application arrives at CIC), grouped by NOC code. On the "Avg Process Time" it shows the typical PER time to be 108 days, but as you can see it's starting to be somewhat NOC dependent.

Dear Friends,
I have a few queries. If anyone can help, i will be obliged.
I got half a dozen of documents translated, the translator gave me one affidavit for all the documents. However, i saw in the guide the following statement.

Any document that is not in English or French must be accompanied by:

the English or French translation; and
an affidavit from the person who completed the translation; and
a certified copy of the original document.

What i am getting from this is that each document must be accompanied by an affidavit, however, the translator was confident that one affidavit is enough so he did not give me individual affidavits. Will it be fine?

2. My mother's birth certificate has only given name and no family name. In the background declaration form, they are asking given and family names at birth. What do i write in the family name at birth section?

Kindly help me and oblige.

Hey, the exact same thing has happened to me. I even asked them about it but like you said she was utterly confident that one on the top of the whole package was enough. We didnt even notarize them as we sent only originals.They seemed to have experience doing this.

"We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons"

what should i interpret, cannot understand????
