@ Shah / any other Pakistani applicant please guide how to fill table for Question # 7 (Education) in Schedule A Form - as per Pakistani Education System

1. Please confirm if following Start Date / End Date seems correct:
SSC Certificate = ??? TO 1997 June (I am not sure from which class SSC counts start)
HSC Certificate = 1997 Aug TO 1999 Sept
B.Sc (Pass 2 years) = Feb 2000 TO July 2002
MCS (2 years) = Jan 2003 TO Dec 2004

2. Name of Institution should be Board Name or School/College name? In marksheets School/College name is mentioned while in Certificates only Board name is mentioned. What should I write?

3. In 'Type of Certificate' column, I mentioned respectively "SSC Certificate", "HSC Certificate", "B.Sc(Pass)", "Masters". Is that correct?

4. In 'Field of Study' column, I mentioned respectively "Science", "PreEngineering", "CompMathStat", "Comp. Science". Is that correct?

5. There's few months gap (around 5 - 6) between HSC, B.Sc and MCS due to waiting for results and new academic calendar for next program. Will it be a problem?

Setp 1: Get it translated by Certified Translator. (find out lot of name who are certified translator http://dhaka.usembassy.gov/legal_resources.html )
Step 2. Get an affidavit from the translator that that the contents of their translation are a true translation and representation of the contents of the original document. After getting the letter get it notarized.
Step 3 : Get the original copy certified/notarized.

You will submit: 1. Translated copy by certified translator 2. affidavit done by translator 3. original copy notarized.

Yes Bro, I have revealed all the info except for liabilities I have included all the info. The only problem I am seeing is that the liability is a home loan/mortgage and I did not include this document as part of POF!!

Also I have another query that we can apply for two different NOCs provided if the roles and responsitibilities are matching for the corresponding NOC. In this case, IELTS IDP is not providing another Test Report. Could you please provide your input on how we can achieve this pls.
You are correct, you can apply in more than one NOC category as long as you meet the requirements. Remember it has to be separate applications with different application fees and original ielts and ECA. However, since ielts only gives one original test report, use a notarised copy and include a cover letter explaining that you used the original for an application in another NOC code for FSW 2014. You have nothing to lose so best of luck.

Thank you I corrected it. It was July 2002 :)
 
I was recruited in the company as Executive Trainee (Electrical) on 27/07/2007. After completion of one year company training, I was absorbed by the company as permanent employee as Electrical Engineer on 27/08/2008. Till date I am working in same post.

I would like to know, whether CIC consider training period as experience or not....

1. Never staple any forms and better none of the documents. Keep those unbound.

2. Get some small envelops. You can find in library near school where small view-card is sold. Buy the view cards with the envelope and use it. ;D ;D

3. Suggest to provide NID. If it is bothersome to translate, provide as it is as most of the required information is in English.

Dear Ashif bhai and Century bhai,

thanks a lot. so what i understand is that

1. form with multiple page should be unbound or use paper clip
2. documents with multiple page should be used paper clip or might be stappled
3. NID information should be provided and preffered.

but mine and spouse NID have naming mistakes. thats why i want to ignore it

i heard that instead of NID , I can use SSC certificate

Dear bro,

As per FSW13 on New Delhi VO,

there were-

1. Physical visits on work place
2. Interview on phone call to Prncpl applicant regarding his job roles
3. Phone call to Work referee to know about the Prncpl applicant job roles/designation/salary.


These were the activity I can remember...:D
 
My company is sole propritership firm, its letter pad has only mobile no of employer , email , address, they dont have any landline number, is it ok or it is must to have landline no written on the letterpad ??
