I am an Indian National by birth; unfortunately I do not have my birth certificate with me, so alternately I have submitted Original copy of “AFFIDAVIT IN LIEU OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE” on India Stamp paper notarized by local advocate. Under (Deponent Name/Signature) I had haven't signed the letter I sent.

NOC 2132, Application received date at CIC is 22nd October.

So will CIC reject the file?
Is there any way I can approach them in middle and notify them?

Lastly Along with my unsigned affidavit I also sent SSC [Secondary school certificate]/PAN CARD & Driving licence will any of this documents act as substitutes.

Have your 10th passing certificate have your parents name?

I will be very much grateful to you, if you please share your insights about 2171 October 1 Applicants. Is there is any chance for me to be in the CAP?

I am very much worried because I already sent my another application for 2172, as I have worked in the role for 2172 too. So, if both falls under NOC I will be in a problem.

I really need to know the status of 2171. Please help me with your honest suggestions.

CIC accepts 10th pass certificate as proof of date of birth if it has your name,date of birth and at least name of one parent. Pan card and driving license are not accepted.A affidavit is also accepted. The affidavit has to be from parents or from individual.

I completed my Medicals on 2nd December, I am still awaiting for 3rd line update that is medical received.
I contacted the hospital and they told me that they have submitted the report which is ok to NDVO before a week.
When can I expect 3rd line update?

i believe tht the last 2171 charging i saw was of september 2 applicants..so im srry to say tht in my opinion ur first application will not fall under noc2171.... all the very best fr ur 2nd app......pardon me if im wrng..
