RPRF DD,PCC deleivered to NDVO on 9th dec.

But 3rd line is not yet updated
Any idea how many more days it can take

You might have to wait bit longer as there are Christmas holidays now ...usually it gets updated in 10 days as in my case

if RPRF DD en cashed - does that mean visa is guaranteed. does they only en cash RPRF DD if visa is assured or they en cash every DD they get and if no visa then refund the money....

I am also an early Aug Applicant (Application Recd. - 11 Aug) waiting for PER.

Yesterday I got mail from WES asking to upgrade my package as CIC was unable to see my ECA online which I did immediately......Hoping for PER soon

Hi People,

I just got my 3rd line updated today morning

11 june app , PER - 8th Oct , MR req : 28th Nov, ECAS status : medical received 17 dec

This is just for the purpose of information for people who get benefitted with the info and trend, I am deeply disturbed with what happened at Pakistan with Kids and No celebration for me for the medical received

I am from India and i think Humanity took a huge blow with this event, may the people responsible for this suffer more than they can bear.

May the young souls rest in peace and may god give some peace to their parents.

SOME OF THE DARK AREAS OF MY APPLICATION WHICH WERE MATTER OF CONCERN FOR ME. MIGHT PACIFY APPLICANTS IF THEIR APPLICATION IS STILL UNDER REVIEW BY CIC OR HELP OTHERS TO THOSE WHO ARE ABOUT TO DESPATCH THEIRS.

1. MY SPOUSE'S BIRTH CERTIFICATE DIDNT HAVE HER NAME ON IT. THOUGH ELSEWHERE I ATTACHED HER SECONDARY SCHOOL CERTIFICATE WITH THE EDUCATIONAL DOCUMENTS. I SENT AN ADDENDUM (AFFIDAVIT FROM HER PARENTS) WHICH I STILL AM NOT SURE WAS ADDED TO THE APPLICATION. I SENT AN EMAIL ON 22.10.2014 TO CSU INFORMING THAT THERE IS NO NAME ON BIRTH CERTIFICATE FOR WHICH REPLY WAS SENT ON 11.12.2014 THAT "YOUR APPLICATION IS UNDER REVIEW, SHOULD THERE BE ANY REQUIREMENT YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED."

2. I HAD NO BIRTH CERTIFICATE FOR WHICH I GOT NON AVAILABILITY CERTIFICATE (NAC) FROM REGISTERING AUTHORITY AND ATTACHED A SELF AFFIDAVIT.

3. THERE HAS ALWAYS BEEN A MATTER OF DISCUSSION REGARDING EMPLOYEES PROVIDENT FUND TO BE SUBMITTED AS PROOF OF FUNDS (POF). I HAD INCLUDED IT IN MY APPLICATION.

4. I FORGOT TO WRITE NAMES IN NATIVE LANGUAGE.

GUYS WISH ME LUCK FOR THE FUTURE PROCESS.

I would like to tell you story of one of my friends who landed this year he applied in FSW 2013.
• He is Mechanical Engineer and he was targeting for PNG (petroleum and gas) related jobs, so he landed in Alberta.
• PNG sector is down as oil prices have come down and there is recession in this field
• His friend who is also Mechanical Engineer went back to Hyderabad learned programming switched to IT and now working in Vancouver!
• Then I asked do IT jobs are in abundance then he said it’s all about your timing and how good you convince interviewer. Also he got job in IT as an entry level programmer 22$/hour.
• As my friend wanted to do job in PNG ONLY , he applied and got reply that industry is DOWN
• His funds dried up he started working in Walmart.
• Started to make local connections while working literally as a labourer.
• Still he did labourer job very well and one of his manager referred him to his Canadian friend.
• Even if he did NOT knew anything in that field only because of reference my friend got job in PNG.
• My friend said there are JOBS in ALL FIELFDS in Canada your first job I mean first decent job in your field is difficult. Once you get first job in your field then its smooth story.
• My friend said even if you do odd jobs do them with full of energy, zeal and enthusiasm, its best way to get connections.
• After 3 months of Walmart job as a labourer he is working smoothly in office 40 hour job now owns his new Car and got settled in Alberta waiting for next BOOM.
• Patience and connections never loose.
• He said his one friend went back while doing labourer job , one friend got job in IT after going to Hyderabad and learning programming language and one guy he knows got job in 2 months after landing.
• He said every one has to struggle some struggle more some less and these struggling days are memory because after that SMOOTH ride same as its in INDIA.
