Though it's holidays.....I think somebody would be accepting couriers during those days also...

Yes they would. Given tht Its the security desk that accepting the packages, they will be not going on leave

IT SEEMS LVO IS ALREADY IN CHRISTMAS MODE...I GUESS THEY ARE THE SLOWEST AMONGST ALL THE VISA OFFICES. EVEN MY APPLICATION IS FROM LVO

I think more appropriate question is whether courier service deliver packages during holiday season or not. Visa Offices deals with very sensitive documents (incl. their own state and diplomatic secrets) so they'd always leave their collection office open even on days rest of the the embassy is on a holiday!
