can you please give me your expert opinion on whether my application will fall under 1123 CAP or not if it reaches by 16th?

Usually with other VO, this status comes up when Visa is stamped, and in NDVO it comes up with a PPR after Medical is received.

So I think you should check your junk mail or wait for some time your PPR might be on its way.

Most of the people are getting there information’s of getting there CC/DD enchased after 73days.
