Bro, these links are for creating new entry in FSW 2014 Global Spreadsheet while I want to update my already created profile.

Desperate times need desperate measures. When it comes to app not reaching before close of fsw or sending the app in time and adding docs to it later on....... I would prefer latter. After all, in life, we regret the chances which are not taken.

End of the day, one can only advise, decision always is left to the person doing things. Hope you are able to see my perspective.

BTW, that advise was given in the best interest of the person. Grooby is a very sober person and there is a strong reason behind him suggesting something like that. Perhaps you could have asked him why he has given that advise.

Dear All

At FAMILY Information Form ( 5465E ) in SECTION A there is PRESENT ADDRESS Column.

As my father died in 2012. And at PRESENT ADDRESS Column it is written that "if deceased give city and date". My question which date they are asking for and which city they are asking for.

Please help. Puzzled. :(

That won't cause problems in her case. In extreme cases the paneled physician will prescribe her meds. N will wait to see the recovery.
 
For those of you waiting out there - my friend applied on September 29, she got charged on Friday. She sent old Schedule 3 form (which had been effective till August).

you have download the form @ http://www.moi.gov.qa/site/english/departments/CEID/sections/sec1054/1054.html

send some one to CEID branch in Salwa Road with the following documents

this is applicable to those who already left from Qatar only

1) PP copy
2) copy of the First entry VISA Page
3) copy of the last exit page


anyone can fill this form
person who is submitting the form can sign the form
QR 10.00 to pay by Debit / Credit card
photo not required

Police clearance will be ready within 7 days
Person who submitted will get the SMS from CEID ( provided he mention his mob number in the form )

Shah2014 has also given that same advice. Shah and Grooby are 2 members who have done a lot good for the group. It is their personal view which they have put across.

Like you, even I do not agree that IELTS can be sent later, but that's again your and my opinion.

None of us are working with CIC, so in this regards, we really don't know what CIC actually expects. Whether they accept IELTS report later as an addendum is something we do not know, but we can only voice our opinion. No need to take a dig at others for this.

We have seen CIC rejecting good cases and clearing very doubtful cases. Right now I feel your and my view is correct, but we might be wrong for all you know. Request you to pls do not judge anyone by one post !! Hope you understand ;) ;)
